Torque necklace of sterling and onyx by Sigi Pineda, Mexico, c.1955. Marked "SIGI TASCO HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING (eagle mark) 36 (number is hard to see as it's deeply imbedded, so possibly) 310". This great, large Taxco Mexico mod pendant / brooch measures 3" x 2 1/8". It has a cool geo shape with three dangles. It is sterling silver with inlaid azur-malachite: blues and greens. The back is signed with all hallmarks: STERLING TAXCO, AC, Cecilia in script, HECHO EN MEXICO, Tono in script and numbered 80. This lovely, colorful pendant and/or pin in excellent condition.

A 1-7/8" diameter Mexican sterling silver pendant pin c1950s-60s depicting an impressionistic Mayan head against an inlaid turquoise ground. It has a safety catch, a loop for wear as a pendant, it weighs 13.3 grams and it is stamped indistinctly (TAXCO is legible). An attractive vintage sterling silver 2" brooch or pin from Mexico with a large engraved flower on a turquoise and resin ground c1960s. The engraved edge and flower are well done, and the ground has inlaid turquoise half-circles against a deep blue resin base. This pin has a loop to allow it to be worn as a pendant, it has a safety catch, and it weighs a substantial 18.8 grams. It is stamped 925 MEXICO PLATA with EGB and it has a 4 eagle mark...

A most talented silversmith took a sheet of sterling and hammered it onto a pitch bowl to create such repousse detail. Because it is holloware one looks for the air escape openings which in this case are found at one ear...

This lovely, sterling silver, Mexican, well-crafted bracelet displays shiny, turquoise cabochons on each ornate link. It is 6 3/4" long. Each convex link measures approximately 1 1/4" x 1". It has a box clasp marked STERLING 925, and, in a circle on the back of one of the links: TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO (blurry) with the an illegible mark in the middle. It has a V-spring and Box Clasp marked STERLING 925. It has good heft, weighing just under 1 1/2 ounces and is in great condition.

Sterling BURRO key ring by VICTORIA DE TAXCO, Mexico, c.1955. Signed "VICTORIA DE TAXCO MEXICO STERLING 267 (bellmark there but number is faded from use)". Measures almost 3" long. Large mixed metal fish pin by Rafael Dominguez, Mexico, 1943. Primarily made of 960 silver, there are copper and brass inset accents "marrying" the metals. Wonderful pin measures 3 3/8" long by 2 1/8" wide and is signed "RD 960". Early LOS CASTILLO("#1" design) modernist mixed metal and obsidian bracelet, Mexico, c.1940. Beautifully constructed, there are two curved brass arms that connect to a circular piece of obsidian that turns freely. The brass arms are attached to the sterling locking ends. The obsidian stands 1 1/8" high and forms a very unusual and majestic modernist design. The bracelet measures 7 1/2" around. It is signed "LOS CASTILLO HECHO EN MEXICO 1 (eagle mark)15" and is in excellent condition...

Wonderfully designed hand made necklace by MAYA, Mexico, c.1950's after a Hubert Harmon design. Maya frequently copied Harmon designs. Looks just like silver with a great patina, but probably made of silver plate because there are no Mexican silver marks. The locking mechanism is separated from the main part by black velvet ribbon. Of large scale, the largest irregular square measures 2" wide by 1 3/4" high and the necklace measures 15 1/2" around...
