Handmade sterling and turquoises pin with retro/modernist design by Maurice, possibly French, c.1960's. Quite large and made of heavy gauge silver, it measures 4" long by 2" wide. The design is a retro floral bow, but, is executed in modernist style. It is signed "MAURICE STERLING" and is in excellent condition. Has an interesting texture which is slightly gold in color. A very well crafted pair of sterling silver earrings and matching pendant, each with a prong set rose quartz stone. We especially like how the prongs are formed from folding pieces of the main parts. Pendant measures 2 1/2" long and 1 3/4" across. Would look nice on a chain or neck ring. Screw back earrings measure 1 3/8" high and 1 1/8" across. Screw backs are marked T2 and Sterling. They hold securely. Very nice condition, warm patina. Great modernist design.

A modernist sterling silver ring by Oscar Aaroe, (1905-1996), a jeweler and silversmith born in Denmark who apprenticed with Georg Jensen and had his store on Palm Springs, California. This ring feels Southwestern in design and was probably influenced by the Native American silversmiths in the area.

Has a bezel set dark green - almost black smooth stone. Measures size 9.

This studio piece features two engraved and oxidated textured designs on the main cuff, with an applied arching, overlapping band. Its distinctive, oblong shape is surprisingly comfortable and conforming to the shape of the wrist. It appears to have been hardly worn, and is nicely crafted. There is a machine-engraved maker’s signature, but it is very hard to read (possibly 'Carson')...

A vintage sterling silver geometric pendant with an inlay of exotic wood and a carnelian colored cabochon. Hand wrought intricate chain marked sterling on the hook clasp. Pendant measures 1 5/8" long and 7/8" across. Chain measures 19" long. Chain is original to the pendant, it can't be removed. Fine condition. Interesting contrast between wood and sterling surfaces. Well crafted studio piece.

The focus of this studio necklace is the central drop of translucent banded agate, suspended by a chain of hand-forged links. The agate is securely mounted in an open-back bezel framed, and the hook closure is also hand-wrought. Each connecting ring is soldered closed, exhibiting a high quality of workmanship. The piece is likely from the 1970s-1980s. The necklace measures 24 inches long; the agate pendant drops by an inch.
