This "dainty," sterling silver bracelet has a classic mod design from The Studio era. The front is 3/8" wide then tapers down to 1/4" and then tapers back up to 3/8". Spratling designed this pin in 1942 as part of a series of items depicting continental solidarity. The pin shows clasped hands superimposed over a gold gilded map of the western hemisphere. This pin was made in two sizes, this being the larger at 1 1/2" x 1 1/4". The fastener is a two pronged clip. Both pin and original fastener are in excellent condition. In 1942 Macy's Dept. This is a pre-1948 Garcia repousse bracelet that is 1.25in. wide and 7in. long. The barrels are straight and there are no dents. The weight is 52 grams and it is made of thick silver.
