These cuff links are by the famous silversmith Perli. They are chain link cufflinks. The circular part has a diameter of 3/4".
The bottom, rectangular portion (connected by the chain links) has rounded edges and measures 3/4" x 3/8", with a fine, hammered finish.

A nice quality pin with a graceful design, set with a dyed blue chalcedony. It is American, with a maker’s mark of conjoined JM for Joseph Masaniello, a New York jewelry artisan who worked during the 1940s and 1950s, and was a friend and contemporary of Carl Ruopoli. made by the firm which continued under his name. This piece is very early, circa 1920. It is marked with tiny initials...

This stunning bracelet is composed of an applied cast floral layer on a plain, hinged bangle bracelet, with a secure tongue-and-groove clasp and security chain.
