A romantic Victorian-inspired brooch featuring a large oval shaped amethyst centered on a gold twine-backed setting and framed with delicate seed pearls. The amethyst and pearls are presented in an ornamented 14 karat yellow gold patterned vine. Marked with makers mark and 14K on reverse. 2" by 1 1/2" inches. Excellent condition.

This is a wonderful brooch in sterling measuring 1 1/2 x 1 1/4" x 1/8". Characteristic of Clam pin with dark pearl in the middle. It has been said George W. Shiebler naturalistic motifs such as insects, animals, leaves and flowers. Scarce on the market and very collectible.

Superchic vintage Lanvin necklace in goldtone with a metal and translucent Bakelite pendant which slides on a flexible snake chain. Circa 1965. Marked LANVIN PARIS on the back of the pendant and also with a metal hang tag in the form of a conjoined J and L, for Jeanne Lanvin. The Bakelite tests positive with Simichrome. Spectacular statement size vintage 1970s necklace with very large Chinese turquoise beads and smaller turquoise beads accented with red, salmon, and angel skin coral beads, translucent beads which are probably serpentine, silver repousse butterfly form beads, and a large centerpiece with a carved hardstone element mounted in silver set with turquoise and coral cabochons. The large carved oblong stone is possibly jade, or possibly another hardstone such as serpentine...

A stunning mid-19th century brooch featuring a pansy, the lower petals set with rose cut diamonds and the upper petals with buff-cut amethysts of a deep violet hue. The colorful flower is simply presented against a plain gold background. In Victorian flower language, the pansy represented the sentiment "Think of me" and jewels with pansies were often given as love tokens or going away gifts. The brooch could easily be converted to a pendant with the addition of a bail at the back...

A vintage enamelled sterling silver class ring from the High School of Commerce, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada (merged 1966, now closed). This size 5-1/4 ring features the 5/8 x 7/16" enamel crest, and it weighs 2.5 grams. It is unmarked but tests as sterling and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

Rare and magnificent 970 silver and amethyst bracelet by Taxco master silversmith Antonio Pineda. It is comprised of concave hinged silver links with a center rounded rod of amethyst.
