The number "5" appears at lower corners. On the backing is written "John Atkins was the first guy I (talked?) to" and "JAY Torrance/Garage (??) Period (??). I do not know what to make of that, if anything, but the names John Atkins and Jay Torrance do not connect with any recognized artist...
