Japanese limited edition sosaku hanga “kappa-ban” (stencil print) by Yoshitoshi Mori (1898-1992) titled “Hasami” (variously translated as “Scissors” or “Nail Clipper”). The print is pencil-signed “Y. Mori” at the lower left, dated ’79, and numbered 24/50. The artist’s red seal is above the signature. The lower edge of the paper verso also contains the title and the original purchase price of 120,000 yen. The paper measures 17”V x 22 1/2”H...

A pen and ink print signed W.V.V.T in the lower right corner. There is a small white spot in the right area (see photos) and dark spot above that... there is also rippling in the upper left corner-- the paper may have been pasted to a background but we have not examined it out of the frame. 12" x 16"

A Pair of Ukuiy-e Form Watercolors from WWI By the artist Fabius Topenzi circa 1917, measuring 11 x 11“ and a fan shape Mat,Frame size 21 x 19”

From our European Collection, a very good 17th century copper plate engraving, most likely English circa 1650-1700, depicting a Chinese official accompanied by his entourage, with subjects kowtowing in the foreground and a crowd of spectators to the rear.

Size and Condition: 7 inches by 5 1/4 inches, very well preserved with only slight creasing.

Georges Robin, French, 1904-1928, oil on canvas, signed lower right in good condition. It is 25.6" by 36.25" in a lovely early 20th C French frame 35" by 45". This beautiful luminous Post Impressionist painting is titled in French verso "Automne Bord de Sevre Nantaise" Banks of the Sevre River in Nantaise, France in Autumn".
