Harold Kerr Eby 1889-1946 American This is an original etching and aquatint by American artist Kerr Eby. The title is Refugees, a study from his series of WWI images that he created as a War Artist. This pencil signed impression has an image size of 9 15/16X14 7/8 inches. This impression was last sold by Keppel in New York, it came to us in the original frame.
