Faint rays of the rising sun appear from the rosy dawn behind the large rock on the right. On the bank of the Nile several people and papyrus boats can be seen. Signed on the lower left corner. On the right corner indistinctly inscribed "figures and boats...on foreground of...". Condition very good. Unframed, size 38 cm. x 49 cm...
