The condition of the painting and the case is excellent, with no flaws. The white dots and background color variations are just due to exterior dust and light reflections. Overall size is 2 7/8" by 2 3/8".

An extremely fine depiction of an older woman, attributed to Charles Jagger, done in watercolor on natural wafer.
