The size of work: 9 7/8" x 12 3/4", This is small size Zeka’s work but it is very interesting one as another human forms. It is pained with black paint on Aquarellpappe (thick Watercolor paper board), I do not know what kind paint, as well as whitish area with another kind. There are other form drawn other than two white forms as you can see from my photos which I do not know. This is a scarce, even rare work in watercolor, pencil and, I believe, gouache, 17 5/8" by 11 1/4" (24 1/2" by 18 3/4" as framed) signed at lower right and dated there 1937 by painter and sculptor Angelina Beloff (1884-1969). The scene is inscribed "Jalapa"---corresponding to the colonial highlands city in southeastern Mexico on the main road between Mexico City and the coastal city of Vera Cruz...

A striking watercolor and gouache painting of a black cat lounging amidst lily family garden flowers, 8 1/2" by 13 1/4" (18" by 22" as framed), signed at lower left by the noted New Mexico-associated artist AGNES GABRIELLE TAIT (1894-1981). Cats were a favorite subject of the artist, and collectors seek out those works specifically. Tait was born in New York City, and studied art there and in Europe (especially lithography)...

This is an elegant work, the first impression being that of a Japanese panel with interlocking silvery metallic sheets as a background, and the natural world the theme; note the wonderful dragonflies and leaves and reeds and pebbles. The artist signed at lower right in red. Born in Holland on Oct. 3, 1898, HARMAN C. KOOPS was a veteran of WWI and by 1930 was working in Los Angeles. He died there on Aug. 31, 1957...

A watercolor and gouache painting of a creek lined by mature white birch trees, 14 1/2" by 21 1/2" in its thin strip frame, the work signed at lower left "A. ABRAMS". The eastern artist Raphael Senseman of New Jersey painted in much this same style, so much so that one is tempted to think that "A. Abrams" could be a pen name. The watercolor is fresh and in excellent condition.

This work on black paper, sandwiched between two sheets of glass and framed like that, floating, in the style of the times, is a mixed media piece (oil pastel possibly), featuring anthropomorphic forms. It is signed at lower left in pencil "Mirko" and dated there '58. The artist, MIRKO BASALDELLA (1910-1969) is mentioned online as one of the most significant Italian sculptors of the 20th century...

This appears to be an image in gouache on top of some kind of waxy scratchboard, measuring 10" by 14" (17" by 20 3/4" as framed), signed at lower left "DE GUST" and dated there "59". I can't find a listing for the artist but he or she painted in a classic style pioneered by the likes of Jean Le Mayeur and others in the history of modern Indonesian art. The painting is in excellent condition, and is ready for the wall in its simple black frame and clean mat.
