Indian Jain bronze figure of Vishnu with Lakshmi seated on his knee. Six other figures are present including 2 attendants on the bottom. The figure on the bottom is their friend and vehicle, Garuda. Incised with writing on the base and back.

A very fine and rare enameled and lacquered and guilloché floral spray vase. The lacquer applied over enamel cloisonné flowers and an engine turned or guilloché silver vase. Measuring 4” tall by 3” high. The vase and accompanied vase (see # 3418) are possibly Imperial gifts for presentation

Publisher: Doi Hangaten (seal), also bears Doi watermark.
Carver: Harada (seal). Printer: Yokoi (seal). This seal combination indicates an early post-war edition. Reference: Koitsu catalog no: TK-DH-7.
Condition: Excellent. On the back, two spots of tape residue.
Sengakuji is a Buddhist Temple in Tokyo. It houses the graves of The 47 Ronin.

Republic period mottled pale green jade Chinese small sword or dagger nicely carved with a great surface sheen and patina. A chilong is carved on each side of the guard between the handle and blade. In excellent condition, it measures 16" long. Can be used a page turner and would be a terrific addition to your desk. VIDEO AVAILABLE upon request.

This lovely Moonlight Blue Caprice (#300) handled pinched, square bowl is by Cambridge Glass. The light plays with the pale blue swirls of crescents and plumes. The handles are bull's eyes with cresting plumes and it sits on a subtly beaded collar foot. This wonderful fire-polished dish is 5 1/4" from handle to handle, and 2" deep in excellent, unused condition. Production dates: 1937-1953. A chicken heart pendant carved using motifs inspired from Shang dynasty bronzes. The top of the pendant has a mythical bird carved and the remaining section contains geometric patterns and the face of an animal on the bottom. Age: 20th century. Size: height 2.5" width 0.3" length 2.6"

A green glazed hand thrown pottery vase signed on the bottom, “W N/OWEN” (Walter Nelson Owen 1895- 1981) with the original retail paper label reading, “Hand Made For/PETER MURPHEY/HWY. 191 . P. O. Box 653/HENDERSONVILLE, N.C.” Peter Murphey ran a small ad in The Transylvania Times, of Brevard N.C. June 3, 1965 advertising a continuous Craftsmans Fair at his address. A long time potter and owner of The Pine State Pottery started signing by hand his pottery in 1970...

1920's French Art Deco wrought iron table or counter top display stand with a stylized swan in gold gilt. The original Italian marble is in excellent condition. This unusual piece was most likely a counter top display stand in an upscale store.

This lovely box is quite impressive. It has a handpainted design of lovers and flowers on the lid, and is footed, the feet having faces on them. It is beautifully done, and measures 5 1/2" tall x 7" diameter. It is in perfect condition.
