Four Zohiko lacquer plates. Colorful leaf decoration sparsely applied on black ground with almost iridescent effect with gold and silver maki-e and red details. Zohiko marks in gold lacquer on the flat bottoms without foot rims. 20th century. Very good condition with only light rubbing on the bottoms (likely easily polished out by a professional.) 20th century. Diameters 7 3/4 inches (19.685 cm). Rare and impressive Art Deco ceramic vase by Edouard Cazaux (France, 1889, 1974), in a classic Cazaux baluster form decorated with abstracted foliate designs in his hallmark teal and silver crackle glazes over a white crackle enamel. Almost 13" high, approximately 10" across. Remnants of the classic Cazaux signature on the bottom (partially worn off). Circa 1930.

Decoy of a Canada Goose, dimensions roughly 28" by 9" by 8", weight 8 1/2 pounds, unsigned. I am not able to attribute this to any particular carver. As an art dealer I cannot claim to be a specialist in duck and goose decoys, but I think this has some age, circa mid 20th century. There is convincing wear, and a deep split in the wood along the left side, as if from the wood drying over time. A fine piece of folk art for the home. Came from a high end Beverly Hills estate.

Fenton Daisey & Button Red Bell with crimping and threaded handle is 6" tall. Does not have the Fenton logo on it anywhere. Made before 1972 and in excellent condition.

Hand carved natural jadeite Pi Xiu dragon seal. Dimension:38 x 23 x 52 (mm) or 1.50 x 0.91 x 2.05 inches with total weight of 0.22 lbs/100 grams. Introduction. Jadeite generally occurs in metamorphic rocks with a higher-pressure origin and is made of interlocking, blocky, granular crystal. The hardness of the Jadeite is usually between 6.5 to 7. The density of the Jadeite is between 3.25 to 3.36...

The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's and into the 1960's. This is the 80 oz 'Ockner' pitcher in green with an applied handle. A Brass and Tin US Post Office Scale from 1940, labeled "Triner Air Mail Accuracy Scale", by Triner Scale & Mfg, Co Chicago Ill. Dimensions; 9" wide x 4" deep x 5" high. Very good condition.

A sterling silver vermouth dispenser in the form of a watering can. These were made by Boardman and retailed primarily at Cartier's flagship store in New York and by Tiffany. This particular example was retailed by Schroth's jewelers in Montville, NJ. When tipped, the dispenser lightly sprinkles just a drip of vermouth into the glass for the perfect martini. The bottom is marked “Sterling” and is signed “Schroth”.

Kashigata (wooden sweet mold,) Shiitake Mushroom motif; Japan, early 20th C. L.5.25"(15cm) x W.3"(7.5cm) x H.1"(2.25cm.) Condition Note: Bottom piece only, no cover piece. The wrinkled cap of the mushroom symbolizes old age and long like. It was used for celebratory occasions that called for such symbolism. Sweet molds, “kashigata,” have been a part of confectionary culture around the world. Well-known examples in Asia come from Japan, China, Korea, and Indonesia...

This really pretty pink Sharon Cabbage Rose depression glass 9 Ounce 4 inch high Thin Flat Water Tumbler was made by Federal Glass from 1935 to 1939. The Cape Cod pattern was produced by Imperial Glass Company from 1932 through 1984 when they closed. Not all pieces were made throughout those years, but the long production period is testimony to its lasting popularity. Offered here is the #140 comport & lid in crystal that dates to the 1940's - 50's. The comport stands 10 inches high to the top of the knob handle and is 6 1/4 inches wide.
