From our Fine Arts and Americana Collection, a nice set of vintage American nightstands dating from the 1950's, constructed of solid hardwood with Carpathian Elm burl veneers.

Not much is known about the Bethlehem Furniture Manufacturing Corp. of Red Lion Pennsylvania that crafted this set, but they were apparently a small niche manufacturer active from the late 19th century up until the mid 20th century...

Westmoreland Fruit Beaded Edge with painted: 1-Black Berry and 1-Plum berry bowl. Milkglass bowl measures 5.5" with English Hobnail pattern. Produced from late 1940's to 1950's. This interesting circa 1920s walking stick has a carved pelican's head for a handle. In its beak, the bird is holding what looks like a melon. Handle measures are 4 inches. The bird has glass eyes and the head sits on top of a rosewood shaft 1/4 inch in diameter and a 1-1/4-inch ivory tip. Overall length of this stick is 35-1/2 inches.
