Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in frosted crystal - sometimes called 'crystal stain'. Beautiful Chinese brush washer carved in the form of two peaches , carved from a piece of lovely pale agate with yellow striations, intricate details of curling leaves and tiny bats inside the large peach and on the outside of the small peach, the bottom is carved with more little bats, the brush washer sits on a wooden stand carved in the shape of entwined lotus leaves. Mid 20th century. Size of agate: 5 1/4" wide

This is a beautiful ladle measuring 12 3/4" in length. The bowl is in the shape of a large shell, and there is a lion engraved on the handle. There are four marks on the back of the handle which I tried to photograph. The first long one I can't make out, the second is the head of a lion with a crown on his head, the third is a full lion, and the last has initials which I believe to be HB. I believe the ladle to be Georgian.

Lovely pair of small Chinese ginger jars measuring only 5.5 inches high including finial and 3.5" in diameter. They feature a beautiful crackle glaze with a polychrome scene depicting warriors in the Battle of the 3 Kingdoms. These jars were last used as a antique decorative item on top of a diminutive slant top writing desk in a NYC Park Avenue Apartment before the family retired to NC.

Hanten with sashiko and mending patches which is from Shonai region in Yamagata prefecture. It is made of many indigo dye cotton fragments as cotton was precious in regions with cold climate. Cotton cloth with kasuri Yabane (plume) pattern which is handwoven and vegetable indigo dye. Warps look machine spun but wefts are hand-spun yarn. It has very thick texture, probably domestically handwoven. The first half of the 20th century. 148cm x 136cm
