The Siemens Model M-22, carbon hearing aid was made by Siemens & Halske A. G. of Germany around 1925 (engraved on the back side of the microphone) and was marketed in America under the DUOTONE name by The American Phonophor Corporation of New York.

The double carbon amplifier microphones measure 4¾" x 2⅜" x 7/16" thick. The front view sports two decorative "snowflake" designed ports, and the base has a small swiveling leg for standing on a flat surface...

This is a really pretty Fire King Royal Ruby Red 14 Piece Punch Bowl Set, in the original box, made by Anchor Hocking Glass into the 1960s. This sets consists of a 10 inch diameter X 5 inch high 3.75 quart punch bowl, a punch bowl base and twelve 3 3/8 inch diameter 6 ounce cups. The vintage Chinese blue and white bowl is decorated with two dragons and clouds, symmetrically opposite with the flaming pearl between the two dragons. The base of the bowl is a double circular ring which represents eternity.

The Kintsugi repairs to the bowl adds a dimension that brings it to life...

A drum handle from a gompa used by a lama. The handle can be removed for a better handling, especially when the lama had to go for a family ceremony, marriage, funerals etc. the drum; the drum is quite heavy as it is made in a single piece of wood with almost no figurative carving only one chimeric animal on each side. Total height is about 94 cm; handle is 54 cm diameter 42/44 cm and thickness 20 cm.

This well carved stone laughing Buddha is 3 ¼” high (with wood base is 5” high), 4 ¾” wide and 2” in depth. It depicts a laughing Buddha (Budai in Chinese; Hotei in Japanese) comfortably leaning on his ever present cloth sack. His left hand holds a ruyi scepter; his right hand holds a gold nugget. A young boy is resting on the Buddha’s right knee. Aside from natural blemishes on the back of the statue and two crack lines in the wood base, it is in great condition.

This fan painting was made in the style of the artist or attributed to Famous Qing era Artist Ren Yi @Ren Bonian dated 1881 Guangxi year

This pair of vases was recovered from an estate in the Castroville/Watsonville area of California, over 20 years ago. This area is known as the Artichoke Capital of the world. When I recovered these vases they had been lamps and have since had the bottom drills hole restored. These vases are old but probably not Meiji era. They do have silver rims with scalloped wire trim at the edges of the enamel. The colors and shading are wonderful...

Japanese glass ojime in a form of tombodama bead with nine yellow petaled flowers with orange stamens, leaves and 24K gold leaf inclusions. Tombodama can be translated as “dragonfly ball” and the name is thought to come about because when the molten glass is applied to the core bead it resembles a dragonfly’s eye. Superbly made piece - see the individual stamens and finely textured petals, in perfect condition. Height 0.8 inches.

Chinese tripod bronze censer with cover, early 20th century, bears Chinese seal mark on the base. Size: Height of the censer is 7.5 inches. Condition Report: Excellent condition.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1116B fan vase in amethyst. (This color is a green ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) The vase is approximately 7 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. Two massive modernist clear glass solitaire vases from the 1950s, each with a large bubble. Designed by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta, the Swedish glassworks. Both signed Kosta, LH for Lindstrand, 1496 and 1615 respectively (model numbers). Height "8 and 4 ¼ / 20 and 11 cm. Condition: fine, except for a few misty contours to the inside of both vases, near the top.
