A very nice set of 12 French-style linen cocktail napkins with a delightful woven rooster pattern. This is an especially colorful set made from very high quality fabric. They would look especially good with a great rooster cocktail shaker or used for a cocktails on a patriotic holiday! Ten are in perfect condition, 2 have some staining. Circa 1940. Size: 5” x 8”.

This wonderful children's dish set was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass during the 1940's. These sets were called "Little Hostess Party Play" sets and came in a variety of colors. Set of 6 Art Deco chrome and glass cocktail glasses in the rare “Blue Moon” pattern by the Chase Brass & Copper Co. The combination of the dark cobalt glass over the stepped bell-shaped chrome bases is a superb design. There are shown in Visakay’s book along with the “Blue Moon” cocktail shaker. The bottoms are marked with Chase’s logo.

Fostoria Glass Company made the 'Tut' vase in the mid 1920's when all things Egyptian were in style - along with the 'Art Deco' movement. This vase is 6 1/2 inches tall and in perfect condition. See my other listing for a green Tut vase to compliment this one.

Great Art Deco figural cocktail shaker in the form of a milk can. The shaker is entirely hand made from soldered sheet copper. A similar shaker in silverplate is pictured in Visakay, but this is the only copper version we've seen. The cork-stoppered lid removes to reveal a removable metal strainer. The bottom is stamped "H.E. Wright Company/Boston, Mass.".

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. The El Mexicano pattern was designed to look like old, crudely made Mexican Glass. Made by Morgantown Glass in the early 1930's, the molds were later reworked for their crinkle line. This 5 1/2 inch tumbler is circa 1932 and the color is called 'Ice'. Perfect condition, I have 4 available. Price is per tumbler. Classic cheese knife made of sterling and rosewood by Hector Aguilar, Mexico, c.1948. This heavy gauge silver piece shows a lush Mexican design with a curved sterling blade and measures 6 1/4" long. It is signed "HA(flared) STERLING TAXCO MEXICO 9(bellmark)TALLER BORDA" and is in good condition. There is an 3/4" slight age crack in the wood on one side and there is a bit of metal roughness at the outer edge on both sides that could be original...

Pair of nautilus-shaped silver and ebony handmade ashtrays by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1940. More a work of art than anything, this lush silver design sits on a silver base which then sits on a rectangular ebony base. They each have a curved oval at the top of the silver opening to hold the cigarette. In excellent condition, they each measure 2" high by 2 or 2 1/4" wide(hand made and not exactly the same)...

Sterling and rosewood handmade very large salad set by William Spratling, Mexico, c.1947. This glorious design has a curled silver design from the rosewood to the salad spoon and fork which is repeated at the silver ends. Each piece is signed "WS(in script)925 (around which says)WILLIAM SPRATLING TAXCO MEXICO bellmark 30" and they are in excellent condition. Each piece is 12 3/4" long. One of the most beautiful salad set designs by Spratling using mixed materials...

Beautifully engraved crystal candle shades with elegant sterling silver mountings made to screw into weighted sterling silver candlesticks. The shades are engraved with flowers surrounded by foliate wreaths. Marked "Sterling."

A set of eight sterling silver cocktail forks in Alvin's popular 1953 "French Scroll" pattern. The design is very elegant and would blend nicely with a wide variety of other patterns. The forks could also be used for seafood. The backs are hallmarked by Alvin and have the pattern name.
