Blowpipes have been used for hunting in some parts of the world, and in Western Flanders blowpipe with darts or arrows was a popular sport for about a hundred years, starting at the beginning of the 19th century. A Revernay French art studio pottery vase probably from the 1920s. Made by Atelier Revernay of France (known 1896-1930s), this attractive 8 1/4" tall vase has molded drip highlights and a mottled blue and brown glaze. The blue has deep greenish under-tones. It is hand incised 23 and REVERNAY on the bottom of the vase and it has a MADE IN FRANCE over-glaze mark also...

Rare and impressive Art Deco ceramic vase by Edouard Cazaux (France, 1889, 1974), in a classic Cazaux baluster form decorated with abstracted foliate designs in his hallmark teal and silver crackle glazes over a white crackle enamel. Almost 13" high, approximately 10" across. Remnants of the classic Cazaux signature on the bottom (partially worn off). Circa 1930.

Large and impressive French Art Deco vase by Robert Lallemant (1902-1954), circa 1928-1930. Almost black iridescent glaze. Fully signed: "T.R.Lallemant" and inscribed "France". 14 3/4" tall. In excellent condition. Robert Lallemant was an important French ceramicist of the period, as well as a furniture designer (he created furniture for the UAM--Union des Artistes Modernes) and all around designer and photographer.

English Wedgwood Porcelain Frog for flower arrangement, Ca. after 1920's, 2 1/2" high, 6 1/4" wide, creamy color tree trunk shape with many holes for the floral arrangement. Impressed mark "Wedgwood" "Made in England" "5Y31" on the bottom. The condition is good.

German Rosenthal Porcelain Serving Tureen with two(2) handles and cover, Casserole Dish, Ca. 1933-1945, large colorful Rose and other flowers decorated plus brilliant gold accent. Marked on the bottom, "RC Kronach, Bavaria" in green, and "R" in red. Very tight glaze hair line on one side about 2" x 1" long, can not capture it with my camera, this tureen will make very nice serving dish on the table.

Danish Royal Copenhagen Leaf shape serving Dish, 9" x 7 1/4", 1 5/8" high with basket design impressed wide border and floral decoration in the center, low relief white floral design on the side of the handle, marked udnerglaze blue and green on the bottom "Royal Copenhagen, Denmark" in green and numbers 1599. The condition is good.

A wonderful small Royal Bayreuth tapestry bud vase with the castle by the lake scene. The vase is 5 ½ inches tall and is signed with the blue mark of Royal Bayreuth. Excellent condition and color.

This porcelain and silver tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Freidrich Deusch silver company circa 1950. The set retains its original paper labels which cover the porcelain blank mark. The saucer is 6 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 inches high. A delightful design of hand painted birds and flowers is outlined in silver. It is a rare and desirable set to find. Condition: Excellent

A very nicely painted delicate porcelain cup, saucer and cup cover painted predominantly with carp but including a lobster and a couple of fish. All three pieces have elaborate painted borders. Gilding is used on the carp and the borders. The two handled cup is marked in red with a stamp, “CHINA” inside an oval. This mark seems to have been predominantly used in the first part of the 20th century. The saucer is 5 ¼ inches (13 cm) diameter...

Offered here is an eye-catching vessel by Ingrid Atterberg for Upsala-Ekeby, Sweden. It measures 4 3/4" (12cm) and is 5" (12.5cm) in diameter. On the underside is incised UE, Abg, the number 2028, and Sweden. Mint condition.

American Lenox Porcelain gold band Coffee Pot, retailed by "Tiffany & Co." 11" high include top, 7" wide include handle and spout, 1930, top rim is decorated interesting etched gold lines. Marked with green "Lenox, Tiffany & Co.", and "X 1367/F51" in gold on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

Hand painted Portuguese Ceramic Bird's Head Soap Dish and Towel Hanger, all in one, 11" high, 6 1/2" wide, 4" deep, oval shape well for soap above bird's head, hang towel around bird's neck, very interesting piece of decorative item in the powder room. It is in good condition.

Here is a charming miniature vase by Sven Jonson, as part of the celebrated Argenta series of objects produced by Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 2 1/4" (5.5cm) high. The stylized fish decoration is stunning, with no silver loss. Mint condition.

Here is a lovely small tray in an exquisite blue and brown glaze by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 1 1/4" (3cm) high and is 5 1/2" (14cm) in diameter. On the understand Farsta is impressed on each of the four feet, Gustavsberg, Kage, the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia, Studio, and the date code Y. This piece was created in 1954. The name Hjelmberg is also etched. Mint condition.

This porcelain dish was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory, known as KPM, in 1920. The dish measures 8 1/2 inches across the handles and is 2 inches high. The porcelain blank has a reticulated border and intricate molded scrolls. The base of the dish stands on four scrolled feet. The reticulation and molded designs are all accented with fine hand gilding. There is a colorful bouquet of flowers in the center of the dish...
