This is a very fine pair of sterling silver asparagus tongs in the Buttercup pattern made by Gorham in the Victorian style, reticulated with chasing on the handles, marked "Gorham Sterling", measures 9 in long; excellent condition.

Two hand hammered pewter vases of the same model, of different size. Designed by Georg Nilsson and produced by the big Dutch cutlery manufacturer Gero in the Danish factory they had purchased in 1922 and where GN (trained by Georg Jensen) was the chief designer. Marked Gerotin (tin is Danish for pewter). Height "3¼/ 8 and "2¼/ 6 cm. Condition: fine.

A large, scalloped sterling bowl with rope twist rim marked Shreve Crump and Lowe Sterling 865S. There are light scratches on the bottom and some polish marks. It measures 3" (h) x 9.75"(w) and weighs 14ozs./397 gr.

A fine bronze of the Greek god Hermes as a shepherd carrying a lamb. The young shepherd is walking barefoot, wearing an animal skin coat and cap, carrying a young lamb most likely wayward in its wanderings. The patina is verdi-gris and in very good to excellent condition although the back of the cap contains a small nick on the surface. A lovely set of six sterling silver demitasse spoons in the “Wild Rose” variant of the “Vine” pattern. The bowls are in the elongated shape often seen in Tiffany demitasse spoons and are enhanced with soft matte gilding. Each is stamped with the Tiffany hallmark used 1873-1891. The spoons are accompanied by a Tiffany felt bag of more recent vintage.
