Early handmade arts and crafts copper and mirror box designed and signed by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar. Meaures 6 1/2"L X 4 1/4"D X 2 1/4"H. Mirrors on 5 sides are in fine vintage condition with no cracks or chips. The copper has a beautiful untouched patina. Two corners on the base are slightly seperated which appear to be original to the handmaking of the piece. See pictures. Hinged mirror top opens to a copper interior. A Sterling Silver Sugar Caster or Muffineer in a Georgian Style, by Watson Co., Attleboro, MA for Bailey, Banks and Biddle. Note that picture shows a tilt, which is due to photo, not the caster. This is an absolutely stunning sterling silver cigarette case which has been elaborately decorated with engraved raised floral motif on the front and back panel, with presentation mark engraved on the front panel. It has a gilt interior with two cigarette retainer, it is hallmarked with a dagger going through letter B, which I don't know what dose it stand for...
