Consolidated Glass Company made the Catalonian pattern in 1926. Made to look like glass found in Spain at the archaeological sites, Catalonian is characterized by interior bubbles and raised rings on the surface of the glass. A nice Art Deco cocktail pick set formed as a dark red bakelite cherry atop a rosewood base holding six bright red bakelite cherry-finial picks. The cocktail pick holder (“porte-piques”) was once a fixture of every French bar or café, as well as private bars in the home. Very vintage signed Lillian Pines sterling fan pin. A contemporary of Mary Gage, as they both died a year apart from each other in the early mid 90's. While this maker was born in New Hampshire, Mary Gage died in nearby Maine. This fan style is her familiar motif using applied silver balls and curly Qs. Stamped LILLIAN PINES STERLING in back of one of the 1 1/2" fans connected with a 5 1/2 and 6" flat "S" chain. Each has a working safety clasp pinback and weighs a total of 23 Grams...

This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in England by Mintons before 1920. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cup is 3 1/8 inches high without the handle. The set is made of fine, white bone china. The cup has an Empire style handle that rises above the rim of the cup. The cup flares at the rim and tapers towards the middle giving it a graceful quality. The set is decorated with delicate, flowing art nouveau flowers...

This is a STERLING BABY SPOON with an ANGEL on the Handle manufactured by REED AND BARTON. The size is 3 9/16" long, the bowl measures 1 1/8" X 1 1/4". The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's and into the 1960's. This is the 6 1/2 inch high juice or martini pitcher. The style is called 'Tijuana' and it holds 34 oz. Perfect condition, see my other listings for matching tumblers to complete the set - and for more Crinkle items in different colors.

Here is an adorable bear sculpture by Knud Kuhn for Royal Copenhagen, Denmark. It measures 3 1/8" high. On the underside is painted three wavy lines, Denmark, and 2/433, stating this was number 2 out of a run 433 pieces. Incised is number 12.

21124690 A kangaroo cocktail glass from the Libbey Nash Silhouette series of 1933 with an opalescent stem. The Silhouette series wine glass is illustrated on page 15B of the Libbey-Nash Series 1933 catalog as shown in Fauster on page 330. These were listed in the catalog as available with either black or opalescent stems, although others can be found in clear or frosted colorless glass. The 6 inch tall cocktail glass is signed and perfect.
