A very rare French first standard silver (950/1000 pure silver) tastevin, the bottom bearing the coat of arms of the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. The arms depict St. Vincent, patron saint of winemakers. The body is further decorated with the traditional raised “perles” for highlighting the reflections in the wine and recessed “cupules” and elongated “godrons” intended to concentrate the color during the tasting process...

An elegant English sterling silver, cut glass and bakelite cocktail pick set. Each of the pics terminates in a red bakelite cherry. The silver is hallmarked for John Grinsell & Sons, Birmingham, 1933.

Origin: England, 1933. Condition: very good, a few very tiny roughnesses can be felt with the fingertips (but not seen) along the edge of the glass. Dimensions: 4" diameter; 4" tall.

This is a set of nine 20th Century Dresden flower rimmed soup bowls, each handpainted with a different bouquet of Deutsche blumen within lovely shaped gilt rims, marked "Dresden" under an 8-pointed star (the mid-century mark of Adolf Hamann). Condition: excellent condition (only very slight gilt wear on some rims); Measurement: 9 _" dia.

A rare, complete set of sterling silver demitasse spoons in the "Flowers of the Months" pattern by Tiffany & Co. presented in their original fitted case. The finial of each spoon features an illustration of a different seasonal flower such as a holly, clover, iris, pansy, poppy, etc. The bowls are parcel gilt. The back of the spoons are stamped with the Tiffany hallmark used 1907-1947. These spoons were made for only a short duration and complete sets are quite difficult to find...

This pretty green Cherry Blossom depression glass 3 1/4 inch diameter drink coaster was made by Jeannette Glass from 1930 to 1939. The coaster is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Beautiful pair of 800 silver sabbath candlesticks brought from Germany to the USA before World War II. They have the markings (which my camera was unable to photograph) of the maker Korner Proll, Berlin. They measure 12" tall, and other than being slightly bent, they are in perfect condition with no dents or repairs, and would be a beautiful addition to any collection.

A very pleasing set of 7 linen cocktail napkins with appliqués of rooster heads. The napkins are beautifully finished along the edges with red buttonhole stitching. Completely hand sewn. Circa 1940. Excellent condition, no staining or other wear. Size: 5” x 8”.

A very sensitively carved Madonna and Child made in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy, probably during the 1920s. Condition: there are very minor edge losses and there is a small, old, glued repair to the base. There has been no overpainting and it has an excellent old patina. This beautiful cup and saucer is hand decorated in a pink (almost raspberry) and gold. It is marked Limoges, France and another mark with Raphael Weill & Cie, San Francisco. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repair, and the gold is also perfect with no wear at all.

A George Erickson Sterling Silver Claret or Ice Tea Spoon. Erickson was an Arts and Crafts silversmith who worked for Arthur Stone from 1915-1932 and then went out on his own. His grandson still operates the business in Gardner, MA, making handmade silver. Dimensions; 12.5" long; bowl 3" x 1.75". Weight 3.2 Troy ounces. Marked "Erickson Sterling Handwrought". Excellent condition and no monograms.
