A French Art Deco cocktail pick set in the form of a large snail worked in chrome on a mahogany base. The design is by the famed French Art Deco illustrator Benjamin Rabier, who had a side job designing entertaining barware. The twelve picks have red bakelite finials. Cocktail pick holders ("porte-piques") were once a fixture of every French bar and café. Today, they can be use to spear olives of cherries in a cocktail, or to serve small hors d'oeuvres.

This little wooden box is a fantasy delight to hold your most often worn rings and other jewels. It has a leather-look surface embossed with a gryffon rampant on top. The edges and all sides are ornately patterned. It as a lock, but the key has disappeared into the mists of time. There are some minor scuffs on surface. The box is 4¼” x 3½” x 2¼” in size. The age unknown, best guess is midcentury.

An antique Japanese Meiji period solid silver picture frame circa 1880-1900. This antique 5-1/2" x 3-1/2" frame has a bamboo pattern with a patterned ground; it has a textured snakeskin design paper over wood backing that originally had a support foot for standing up the frame. Here is a fabulous piece of crewel which may be used as either a coverlet, wall hanging or rug. The crewel is 100% wool and has a linen backing. Issues: the backing needs to be re-tacked in certain areas, there is minor staining,and the crewel is pilling in a few areas. We prefer not to clean it. Measures 40" x 67".

This is an unusual rectangular bronze casket-form in ornate Gothic Revival style, having cast bas relief, highly decorated with religious motif illustrating scenes from the life of Christ; circa 1870's. A Spanish Colonial Peruvian sun burst mirror with hand carved and gold gilt finish. A splendora of hand carved rays undulating in size flowing out in all directions.
