An antique Japanese Haribako (traditional tall neck sewing box) made of Kuwa (Mulberry), Kuri (Chestnut), and Kiri (Paulownia) woods. All original finish and hand made bronze hardware. The two upper drawers and the small drawer on the upper neck all have wooden sliding covers to protect the contents within. A 800 silver ritual mug, embossed with floral and leaf decoration, with cartouche in the front and a fly in the back. Made in Germany circa 1900, approx. 3' (7.5 cms.) high. The top of the mug handle is decorated with a bust of a man.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Austria by the Franz Dorfl porcelain decorating shop around 1900. The saucer has a diameter of 4 inches and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The ground color is deep cobalt blue. It has an expertly hand painted scene of the classical Greek Goddess, Psyche, by a fountain. The set has ornate gilding accented with raised enamel. Our 18K gypsy ring has 3 well mounted and clean round diamonds mounted securely in a polished gold band. Such rings were made with the gemstones set flush with the gold band, one of the most secure ways to set a ring. An extraordinary pair of painted tin toleware planters in the form of canoes. One is painted white with blue and red accent stripes and the other is red with blue and white accents. Late Victorian sterling silver olive spoons/spears such as this are the perfect accompaniment for a sophisticated bar set-up. They can be used for olives, of course, but also for cocktail onions or cherries. They can also be used as a stir in a cocktail pitcher or shaker. The spoon retains its original semi-matte gilding.
