Chinese archaic pottery figure of a calling camel on a solid base, made from red clay. The statue has a great, incredibly detailed form. The inside body of the camel is hollow and within it you can see finger imprints from the original artist. In wonderful, original condition. Tang Dynasty dates from AD 618-907. Size: 22" H

This large antique Japanese would have been used in rural villages by the peasants who would go into the fields and hills to collect various herbs. Hand woven from grape vine bark, the basket has rope handle which also goes through loops at the bottom of the basket to provide added support for the weight.

Really rare ethnographic item in unusually good condition. the basket alone measures roughly 18 inches x 12 inches x 3+ inches...

Exquisite Japanese 6-panel byobu screen painting of grand mountain landscape with high peaks and distant waterfalls. In the foreground, men water their horses before ascending the narrow mountain trail. There is a beautiful sense of whimsy conveyed in the group of horse and men as they wade in the mountain stream in the shade of weeping willows. A stylish antique Edwardian swag and drop festooned necklace in 14Kt. yellow gold, set with two round amber colored citrines, each accented with a freshwater pearl, that suspend from three swags a large central cushion-cut oval citrine center pendant, from which dangle an array of five individual freshwater pearls. Circa 1910. Length: 17 inches. Total weight: 7.4 grams/4.7 pennyweight. Unmarked but tests 14Kt.

Three(3) Chinese Export Porcelain Rose Mandarin Demitasse Cups and three(3) Export Porcelain Rose Medallion Demitasse size Saucers, Ca. cups-1830-1840, saucers-1860's, both designs are typical Roses and Mandarin figures in the garden. They are not set but will go together, they were made in different times. Saucers have couple hairline cracks and one of saucer has chips on the bottom rim, cups are in fine condition and large Mandarin figures are all around outside the cup.
