Antique Japanese unusual merchant's box on a custom metal stand. It has a large front door with iron hardware, which opens to reveal three storage drawers inside. The box's lid opens to two compartments covered in black lacquer, with an interesting red lacquer marking on the central panel as well as the inside of the lid. A rare Song - Yuan dynasty Qingbai white glaze large dragon ewer / pouring vessel (Kendi), rounded side with raising up spout and open wide rim, globular body and unglazed base, pouring vessel decorated with large dragon motif chasing flaming pearl on the body, pouring vessel covered with white Qingbai glaze.
Ewer is in good condition with crack line near the spout no chip, no restoration, very rare to find similar pouring vessel with clear dragon motif.

This set of 10 porcelain dishes with sauce boat was produced in England by Doulton Burslem in the 1880s. The plates have a diameter of 9 inches and the sauce boat is 4 inches high. The underplate on the sauce boat is attached. Each piece is professionally hand painted with fish. The fish are painted with fine detail and outlined with raised gilding. It is interesting to see the different perspectives of each plate. These fish are coming and going in all directions...

Longquan stoneware vase of an archaic bronze gu or zun form, with a wide mouth and everted rim. The vase has ge type of golden celadon glaze. There are four vertical raised ridges on the central and lower sections. This celadon vase is modelled after an ancient ritual drinking vessel called a gu.
