Offered is this beautiful English glass and sterling silver collar box (hand-painted with Alphonso Mucha-type romantic scene on a mother-of-pearl cover). The box is 5 inches (12,5 cm) wide and 3 inches (7,5 cm) high and is in good condition. The sterling is marked, 'T. M. & Co' and has English sterling hallmarks).

Opaline glass bowl in the Brocade pattern, from the John Walsh Walsh glassworks. The opalizing effect was obtained by adding cobalt oxide to the glass, and a complicated procedure of heating and cooling. The opaline patterns made by John Walsh Walsh were produced as early as the turn of the century 1900. Height "3 ¼ / 8 cm, diameter "4 ¾ / 12 cm. Condition: fine.

A pair of blue glass vases, Pearline from Davidson’s in Gateshead, England. Pearline, an opalizing pressed glass launched by Davidson’s, was very much en vogue c 1890 – 1910. Height "4/ 10.2 cm. Condition: fin (please observe that what might look like cracks to the base in the photos are mould traces).

A beautiful, green-cut-to-clear vase, made by either Moser or Thomas Webb. The vase is decorated with beautiful art nouveau decor. Except for some minute nicks toward the bottom (see second-last picture), the vase is in excellent condition. There is a catalog/exhibition number on the vase's bottom, which means that the vase used to be a museum display piece. The vase is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) tall and 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide at the top. Polished pontil.

Offered is this rare, Stevens & Williams 'Osiris' glass vase, designed by John Northwood I (when he was at S & W) and made around 1887 - 'Osiris', 'Silveria' and 'cameo' are the most desirable of S & W glass products. Made on three-cased-layers, the vase is 13 inches (33 cm) tall and 6 1/4 inches (16 cm) wide at its widest - it is extremely rare to come across such a large 'Osiris' vase in the marketplace...

This set of 12 crystal plates was produced in England by Webb around 1900. They are not signed but this is a known pattern Webb used. They measure 9 inches in diameter. The crystal is hand blown and quite substantial in weight. There is an indentation 1 3/4 inches from the rim to capture dressing from over flowing on the table. The entire surface of each plate is deeply hand engraved with an ornate pattern...

This pair of crystal compotes was made in England by Stevens & Williams around 1900. They measure 6 inches tall and the openings have a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. They are hand blown from clear crystal that varies from thicker areas to very thin. This type of crystal is often referred to as “rock crystal.” It imitated the mineral stone used by the Chinese. The bowls are expertly hand engraved and polished with ribbons and wreaths...

This pretty shaker is made from emerald-green glass with a gold-toned metal top. It is unmarked, but we were told by a glass specialist that it is from England, and circa 1900. It’s approximately 5” tall and 2-3/8” across the bottom. The top/lid has cut-outs in the shape of stars – really charming! It is in excellent condition. From the estate of the late Violet Trefusis, exquiste large etched English or French Crystal Perfume Bottle with angled sides depicting a beautiful Deer in a Forest landscape, gilt top, original cork and intact crystal stopper. A stunning cranberry-cut-clear cut glass claret jug with a hammered sterling silver collar and hinged lid with a palmate finial. The Aesthetic-style hammered silver makes are particularly nice counterpoint to the Gothic-inspired design of the cutting which combines tall arches of small diamond cutting divided at the top with elongated triangles of larger diamond cutting. Outstanding and gorgeous Victorian liquor decanter in cranberry overshot glass. The body is blown in a ribbed shape and is accented with vertical gilt stripes. The neck is fitted with a silverplate collar and the most extraordinary silverplated jockey head stopper.

Origin: probably England, ca. 1890. Condition: excellent, except for two very short, stable hairlines at the neck that are original to the piece; stopper retains the original cork and fits well. Size: 12-3/4" tall.

A beautiful decanter set composed of 3 barrel shaped decanters, each heavily cut and retaining the original target stoppers. The stand is electroplate silver and of elegantly molded trefoil form, with rings to hold the stoppers.

Both the stand and decanters are in excellent condition, the glass without chips, etc., and the stand with little to no bleeding. The height is 10" and the width is 9".

Offered is this beautiful English cameo glass vase, made most likely by Thomas Webb & Sons around 1900 - look at the quality and details of the cameo work. The vase is 6 inches (15 cm) tall and 4 1/2 inches (11,5 cm) wide.
