A design of a green cross with all sides equal enclosed in a rectangle on one point with red steps and green saw teeth in rows and columns of five against a background of light and dark blue checked fabric. Geometric quilting of waves around the outside and rectangular quilting in the other light squares. Great printed cotton backing.

Condition: May never have been washed as the blue chalk lines for the quilting are still visible...

Five early paper dolls dressed in crepe paper dresses. When I bought them I was told they were made to hang on the Christmas tree and it is true some of the have thread hangers on the back. They are very nice and unusual. They range in size from 7 1/2" to about 10" and date to the 1880's.

Elegant crystal trivet with a sterling silver overlay in an orchid pattern. The piercing of the silver is highlighted with engraved details. The center has a silver reserve that was never monogrammed. The side is hallmarked by Webster Silver Co. This trivet is in the harder to find large size.

Origin: America, ca. 1920. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks. Size: 8” diameter.

A porcelain couple representing a noble Lady and a Louis XIII King's Musketeer of the 17th century. Richly enamelled and gilded on hard porcelain. Under the base an incised mark before firing. Old Paris porcelain mid 19th century. Good condition, except the knuckles of the Lady's index and middle finger which are broken.It is rare to find porcelain figures from this period in such good condition. Hight : 365mm

Offered is a lovely pair of late 18th Century, just after Dr. Wall Period, Worcester blue and white porcelain teabowls, in the Argument pattern. One teabowl has a small chip to the interior rim and a corresponding even smaller nibble on the outside in the same spot. The other teabowl appears to be free of damage, and has a crisper design as well. These are quite lovely. Each is graced with a Worcester mark of a number hidden within a design to appear vaguely Chinese...

Rare English Delft blue and white plate decorated with a chinese man in a landscape. Dated 1771. London probably Lambeth. Dia. 9" (22.8cm). Condition: good, with normal wear to rim. Two glaze flakes and a small chip (0.6cm)to rim. No cracks or restoration.

An English silver plate set of six pastry forks and server in the box from the 1910 era. This lovely set consists of six 5-1/8" pastry forks, the 5-3/4" two-tine pastry server and the fitted velvet and silk lined fitted box. The box is wrapped with a mottled brown leather-style cover and it has a pushbutton release. A fine and unusual antique English drinking glass of Jacobite significance. The round funnel bowl is beautifully engraved with a rose, a bud to the right, a butterfly, and foliage. The stem is of the double series air twist type, quite uncommon because of the configuration of a pair of mercury corkscrews outside of a central cable. Conical foot with a rough snapped pontil. Superb gilt bronze figural inkstand depicting a still pond afloat with water lilies. Separately cast lily pads float just above the surface of the bronze "water", three buds in various stages of development rise above the leaves, and the whole is topped off by a fabulous full-blown waterlily inkwell with a honeybee finial. One of the buds serves as a pen holder...

A rare folding key, probably British, and late 18th/19th. century.

This type of key is of course a 'must have' for serious Key and Lock collectors and quite difficult to find on the market.

A pair of Imperial Russian Decanters from Moscow, priced for the pair, 1890s.

A renaissance bronze figure, Italian, Venice, and in a superb style with the stylistic hallmark of the Roccatagliata workshop, c. 16th.- early 17th. century.

The figure is made of bell metal and depicts a Cupid with spread wings holding a scroll with the portrait bust of Christ. He is standing on a stepped podium and mounted to a heavy black base.

Size: 15 cm. tall including the black stone base and 10,4 cm. for the figure alone.

Pair of early 19th century Staffordshire mirror image figurines of a girl riding a goat. The coloring is excellent featuring vibrant cobalt blue coats. There is with some crazing which is good. There is a section of the "spaghetti" on one goat's tail that is missing and it appears to be a manufacturing flaw, see 2nd photo. There is also a very small chip or flaw to the hem of one skirt...

A wonderful Art Nouveau sterling silver cracker scoop in Blackinton’s 1904 “Daisy” pattern. The handle, decorated with flowers and foliage, nicely accents the ruffled edge of the bowl. Cracker scoops were originally used to serve small crackers similar to today’s oyster crackers. Now, the piece could be used to serve a variety of foods.
