Rare Art Deco box circa 1900-1920. The top displayed geometric design in pewter and tortoiseshell. The sides and bottom exhibit lovely relief of flowers and birds.

A fine example of early American folk art. Generally classed as fraktur type, paintings such as these were done by children, and were often, as this one was, painted on a page from a ledger or notebook. This particular piece is a charming depiction of a horse, and is housed in a period frame with a wonder crusty surface.

This is a very fine 19th century demitasse cabinet cup and saucer, can-shaped cup and saucer having hand painted interior and exterior with a beautiful raised garland pattern in rich gold gilt; marked with the gold Dresden Porcelain Factory mark and GmbH, hand painted number D-460on cup base and pattern number 3430 on underside of saucer. This porcelain plate was produced in England by Brown, Westhead & Moore in the 1890s. It was produced just at the time the company name was changing to Cauldon, so both names are on the back stamp. The painting is signed by the renowned artist Anton Boullemiere. The plate has a diameter of 9 1/2 inches. It is made of fine, white bone china. The rim has a molded, rococo border. The plate has molded ridges radiating out towards the rim. The ground color is cream with a high gloss glaze...

A lovely thick oval bronze plaque with a classic theatre depiction, Italy, c. 16th.-17th. century.

An artful and highly interesting bronze plaque, cast in high relief and would probably have adorned a casket or case, perhaps even furniture as an inlay. The scene depicts a younger man with classical greek dress seated at a table with three heads / theatre masks. He holds a of the three masks in his left hand and he is looking straight at it...

The rare original Niello watch chain that you have been searching for. Fifty Six inches long, our chain has niello patterned fetter links and alternating triple gold links. The fetter link has a wonderful striped pattern wrapped around a gold link, the ends of which link to the triple gold links. An unusual construction, indeed. Niello refers to the ancient technique of decorating silver which was revived in the 19th century and adopted by English jewelry artisans...

An Unusual Pair of Newell Harding Coin Silver Salts, in a Georgian Style. Dimensions; 3" in diameter x 1.5" high; weight 7.2 troy ounces. Excellent condition. Monogram, the same as on our Harding Pitcher, item number 1866 and Trocadero number 1099895. Note that the "Harding" part of the mark is rubbed, but can be made out on one.

A very nice sterling silver pincushion and sewing box by Tiffany & Co. The pierced sterling silver walls enclose a sewing box (or jewelry box) with two hinged tops that serve as pincushions. The current dark purple velvet is a replacement, but is placed over the original box structure. The pierced handle has an area that can be monogrammed (never been monogrammed). The whole is raised on bun feet. The bottom is marked with the Tiffany hallmark in use 1902-07.

This is a Shaker hand sewn needle case make by the Shaker sisters and sold in their gift shops. It is a brown and beige silk fabric with a white flannel interior to hold the pins and needles. It is 4" by 4". and is in nice condition with wear to a bit of the ribbon.
