A small Bilston patch box, enamel on copper, mid-18th century, in a design somewhere between Rococo and Louis XVI: the outer shape softly rounded, the pattern more strict, of diaper type, textile-like. Patches, often in black silk, were used to conceal scars or blemishes from smallpox or other diseases. At the time Bilston, a town in West Midlands was famous for their enamel boxes. Width "1 ¾ / 4.8 cm. Condition: enamel flakes to lid and base (cf. pics).

Sugar bowl and lid, an early piece from the Boch manufacture in Luxembourg. Urn-shaped, with a stylized tulip border, the sides with mask “handles”, all in the Empire style of the late 18th / early 19th century. The base with the impressed circle mark BOCH A (LUXEMBOURG) that was in use 1813-1835. Height "5 ¼ / 13.3 cm. Condition: bowl with hairlines, repair to the lid.

A sturdy little earthenware salt, French, c 1760-80. Octagonal and decorated with a diaper pattern and cornflowers in a rustic variation of the Louis XVI style. Width "3/ 7.5 cm, height "1 ½ / 3.5 cm. Condition: a small area rough and unglazed, a mishap caused during fabrication (cf. pic 2).

A pair of very detailed molded porcelain figures of standing pigeons. The glaze is slightly blue/green. On close examination it is clear that though they were made from the same mold, the details of the lines in the feathers, breasts and the bases were done by hand. A slight tint of orange shows through thin spots in the glaze on the bases. They are an identical pair rather than an opposing pair. Height 6 7/8 Inches (17.5 cm), length 6 5/8 inches (17 cm), width 3 inches (7.5 cm)...

A three-color overshot coverlet with a pattern of snowballs and stripes on the dark ground side. The border on three sides is wavy lines and the fringe is a continuation of the white warp threads on the bottom and the red and blue weft threads on the sides. The warp is cotton and the weft is wool. The seam down the middle indicates that it was done on a narrow loom, though the sophisticated design and the three colors suggest that it was woven by a professional. Length without fringe approx....

This pair of earthenware vases was produced in France by Paul Milet in the 1890s. They measure 8 3/8 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 ½ inches. The decoration is the epitome of Art Nouveau design. Anemones bend and sway while turquoise dragonflies hover overhead. Clover-like turquoise colored leaves encircle the bases of the two vases. The decoration is in relief simulating cloisonné. The colors are dazzling. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain trinket box was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1900. It has a diameter of 3 inches and is 1 ¾ inches high. It is made of the finest porcelain with a high gloss glaze. It is hand painted in Art Nouveau style with a bunch of pink roses and foliage. There is gold trim around the rims of both pieces. Condition: Excellent, first quality

A very rare pair of Antique European late 19th century cold painted spelter sculptures on elaborated square bases. The finely and realistically modelled sculptures depict a Chinese man and a Chinese woman in national costumes. The man is wearing a long green robe with gold swirl motifs, grey Balloon Pants and red shoes on his feet, the hair is braided and drawn back under a black hat. His left hand is grasping a Chinese musical stringed instrument (Erhu)...

Antique sterling sterling calling card case with a butterfly engraved on the front. Fully hallmarked and in excellent condition with its original chain, this treasure measures 3.5 inches x 2.5". Dates circa 1910

German Meissen Porcelain Ming Red Dragon Vase with German hallmarked Silver mounted on top rim, Ca. late 1800's, 5 5/8" high, 2 3/4" diameter-top rim, 2" diameter-bottom rim, with Ming Red Dragon in flame. Meissen underglaze Blue Cross Sword mark plus red numbers and impressed letters and numbers marked on the bottom. The condition is good.

German Meissen very large Green Ivy pattern Porcelain Soup tureen with two(2) handles and matching large knob on top of the cover, with matching fluted rim Under platter, Ca. early 1900's, Tureen-12 1/2" high include knob, 14 1/2" wide include two(2) handles, and under platter-2" high, 19" wide, 15" deep, good underglaze blue cross sword mark with numerous impressed numbers with small blue marks on the bottom. The condition is good and fine quality.

Twelve(12) Tiffany retailed English Mintons Porcelain Dinner Plates, Ca. 1912-1950, 10 1/4" diameter, Burgundy wine color with encrusted raised Gold border and pale Lemon color wide rim. Marked "Mintons Tiffany & Co. New York, Made in England" on the bottom with raised purple color glove. The condition is good.

This pair of porcelain goblets or chalices was produced in England by Royal Worcester in the late 1870s. The mark goes off the edge of the porcelain not showing the date letter assigned to the year they were produced. The famous Worcester artisan, George Owen, was the first to perfect the art of double walled porcelain. The chalices are 7 ¾ inches high with a diameter of 3 5/8 inches at the opening. The outer layer of porcelain on the bodies is delicately pierced in honeycomb fashion...

Superbly enamelled coffee can with a water landscape and fisherman next to a ruined castle. C 1800, probably Belgian (Vieux Bruxelles). Height: 2 ½”/6,5 cm. Saucer, contemporary but not belonging, provided without extra cost (see last photo). Condition: handle professionally mended.

English large Porcelain deep Soup Plate, wide Wine Burgundy color rim with raised gold decoration with enamel white dots decorated, Ca. 1900, 10" wide, 1 1/2" high, high quality and beautifully decorated in raised Gold design on wide flat rim. Marked faded blue and impressed mark and "England" on the bottom, and number "2869H" in red. The condition is good, shows some wears on gold and wine color rim.

A Webster sterling silver swing handle candy basket circa 1910. This fine and decorative Edwardian serving piece features a pierced edge and a rayed repousse interior as well as a hinged swing handle. It weighs 83.1 grams, it measures 7 x 5-3/8", it has a fancy JGF monogram on the bottom of the bowl and it is stamped with the Webster mark and STERLING. It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...
