This pair of porcelain bottles with stoppers was produced in Germany by Lamm Dresden in the late 19th century. They are 5 inches high, including the stoppers. The porcelain bodies have flowers and scallops molded into them. They are hand painted with buttercup flowers and foliage. There is a blue butterfly on each bottle. The molded decorations are accented with gold. It is wonderful to find a matched pair after so many generations. Condition: Excellent

A girl's or woman's silk cap embroidered with flowers, highlighted with polychrome sequins. Edged with gold lace, linen lining and silk ribbon loop. Condition: traces of age, patina. Dimension cap closed: c. 23.2 cm high x 14.3 cm wide.

This charming cup, decorated with a fence, flowers, and rocks, is painted in vibrant and clear red, green, pink and a splash of yellow. Finely potted, the somewhat elongated form has an incurving lower section and a scroll handle with a thumb rest. The condition is excellent, with no problems at all. Height is 2 5/8" and the diameter is 2 1/8".

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Carl Thieme Dresden around 1900. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is fine and translucent. The saucer has a scalloped edge and the cup has a split handle. The porcelain is nicely detailed. Vibrant garlands of hand painted flowers encircle both pieces. Lacy gilding gleams on the rims. Condition: Excellent

Excellent lacquer cocktail shaker and six matching cocktail glasses featuring gilt and painted decoration of an elegant, exotic rooster perched on a cherry tree branch. The shape of the shaker's cap is reminiscent of a pagoda.

The design of this sitting mat from the oasis of Khotan in East Turkestan is closely related to a larger rug published by Schürmann, which shows the same motif in a design of two compartments. – Many rewoven sections in the pile, restored ends, new overcasting along the sides. This set of 8 porcelain egg cups was produced in Germany by Helena Wolfsohn in the 1890s. They measure 2 1/2 inches high and the base is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The porcelain is molded with a swirl decoration. There are panels with tiny hand painted flowers on the cup and base. They are outlined with gold. The borders are decorated with gold filigree. This set is delicate and precious. Condition: Excellent

A unique silver vase in Oriental style, decorated with butterflies, prunus branch and various flowers, including chrysanthemum, lilies, butterflies etc. in high relief. The piece which was made by Edward Barnard & Sons, a famous London family of silversmiths, is dated to 1879 of the Victorian Age. English Victorian Lacquered Papier Mache Game Box with hinged top, Ca. late 1800's, 10" wide, 7" deep, 1 1/4" high, top and 4 sides are decorated with very colorful lacquer design, white metal lock plate is embossed and marked with "W/VR", and red velvet with gold tooled border and old paper lined interior, deep tooled mark with big Crown on the bottom shows "... & Bett Ridge", "Makers to the Queen" Some separations between joint and lacquer losses on the surface through out.

A Nut Dish With Handle, in Sterling Silver. Made by Gorham for Udall & Ballou, a New York City Jeweler, in the early 1900's. It measures 4.5" long x 2.5" deep x 2.5" high to the handle.

Panelled and diaper molded border picked out in blue and green, handpainted and signed "P. Vissier", and dated 1769. The plate has two labels, one from the Newman collection, and the other from the Harriet Carlton Goldweitz collection, considered one of the finest English pottery collections of the last 25 years. 9 5/8 inches in diameter, superb condition with deep, vibrant color, and no chips, cracks, or restoration.

A pair of blue and white, transfer printed tea bowls, c 1820. The exterior with putti and lions playing, the interior with a stylized leaf and flower border. Height "2¼/ 5,5 cm, diameter "3¼/ 8,5 cm. Condition: minimal nicks to foot rims, one bowl with a nick to upper rim.

These 10 porcelain plates were produced in Germany by Koniglich Porzellan Manufactur, or Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1902. There are date letters indicating this year. The plates measure 8 ¾ inches in diameter. They are made of fine hard paste porcelain and have reticulated borders with little ribbons at intervals around the rims. The cut out design is outlined in gold. Just inside the reticulated borders is a band of molded basket weave in relief...

A very nice pair of Staffordshire spaniels highlighted with gilt decoration. Each dog wears a collar with a padlock and a chain. The muzzles are decorated with pink and black overglaze enamel, and the eyes are set with glass eyes. Both have the whimsical "Joan Crawford" eyebrows. Spaniels with glass eyes, although a bit later than some of the other Staffordshire figures, are difficult to find.

A lovely pair of imperial Russian spoons, the backs of the bowls decorated with finely engraved scenes depicting portions of the Arsenal and the State Historical Museum on Moscow’s Red Square. The handles are finished in the traditional twist motif. The surfaces are gilt, and the engraving is worked through the gilding in some areas and more lightly in others, allowing a nice contrast of colors within the design...
