This pair of earthenware vases was produced in France by Paul Milet in the 1890s. They measure 8 3/8 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 ½ inches. The decoration is the epitome of Art Nouveau design. Anemones bend and sway while turquoise dragonflies hover overhead. Clover-like turquoise colored leaves encircle the bases of the two vases. The decoration is in relief simulating cloisonné. The colors are dazzling. Condition: Excellent

A stunning hand painted porcelain bowl with a gold trimmed scalloped rim was made by the Tressemann & Vogt company in Limoges, France between 1892-1907. Artist signed, the design, use of gold throughout, and selection of colors from the rich royal blue band with contrasting orange flowers to the band of blush along the rim is just fabulous. Measures 9.5" diameter x 4.5" high.

Exceedingly rare custom-made sterling silver golf trophy by Shreve & Company, California's premier 19th century silversmiths. American circa 1885 Victorian winter landscape painting of houses with smoking chimneys along a trodden path in mid winter, several figures braving the elements on this cold day. A charming early primitive work, enhanced by the "sparkles" applied to the snow to ensure that winter effect. Condition is excellent. The typically Victorian blue velvet (worn) adds to the period authenticity. Frame has a bit of wear, some small sections chipped or missing. Measures 23 1/2" by 23 1/2" in the frame.

A Toddy or Punch Ladle in Sterling Silver by Gorham in the rare Louis XIV pattern, for Theodore B. Starr and Herman Marcus. It is in a bent ladle shape (may have been straight originally, but more likely it was based on designs in the George III period) and dates from about 1870, when the design was patented. It weighs 6.4 Troy ounces and measures 8" x 5", with a bowl of 4.5" x 3.5". Its unbent length would be 14.5". There is a monogram "N" on the underside of the handle...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Heufel Dresden in the late 19th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set has borders of cream and bands of crimson red trimmed with elaborate raised gilding. The cup has a scenic reserve of a garden with lovers. It is framed in raised gold. This cup and saucer is decorated in the Vienna style. Condition: Excellent

A rare and fine multi-spiral opaque twist (MSOT) antique English wine glass or small goblet. The large round funnel bowl sits above a stem with a very tight and beautiful enamel twist. The stem is further complemented with shoulder and basal knops, a very unusual combination.

The glass is 6 11/16 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 3 1/16 inches and a foot diameter of 3 5/16 inches. Rough, snapped pontil. No chips, repairs, or condition problems. Good color, tool marks, and striations.
