Very Rare 18th century Pennsylvania Dutch straw art painting. Details are excellent as well as the condition. Purchased from a family in PA, it is also possible this came over with an early Pennsylvania Dutch immigrant. Either way, it was made by the same people. Measures framed 13.5" x 10.5". A cheerful Aesthetic Period sunflower card receiver with a cricket on the front and a dragonfly on the back. This silver plate receiver by Meriden Silver Plate Company of Connecticut dates late 19th C. Measures about 7 inches high.

A Meriden Britannia Three Piece Silver Plate Coffee Set; c. 1900-1917. Dimensions; coffee pot 26 oz., 8" x 6.5" wide, covered sugar 16 oz., 5" x 6.5" wide; creamer 12 oz, 4" x 5" wide; 54 oz. total. Along with a Silver Plate Tray, by E. G. Webster & Sons; 16" x 5.5" , c. 1920's; 40 ounces. All in very good condition. the tea set has been re-silvered at an earlier date.

An Unusual Early Victorian Staffordshire Octagonal Milk Jug or Pitcher; Blue with Hand Painted Flowers, and with a Face on the Handle (see picture); It has a Gilt Trim, and some minor wear, but in excellent condition. Dimensions 5.5" high x 6.5" to the handle, and it dates from about 1840

A sauceboat with attached undertray, handles on either side and spouts at either end. Decorated with hand colored transfer printing and with gilded highlights as well as gilded edges. On the base in green is the printed mark for Kuznetsov porcelain company which owned a number of factories in Russia. The date of around 1880 is based on the decoration which follows French decoration of the late 19th century. 4 ¾ inches (12cm) tall, 10 ½ inches (27 cm) long and 6 3/8 inches (16.5 cm) wide...

Beautiful Balouchi Balisht front, in fine condition, natural dyes, wonderful tree of life design on camel ground, some corrosion of the browns, with original selvedges and flat-woven ends. This piece measures 18" by 39". One of a few Balouchi weavings currently for sale on this website.

A nicely proportioned lead wine glass, the ogee bowl with rib molding above a double series opaque twist (DSOT) stem comprised of two spiral threads around a central gauze; conical foot with rough snapped pontil. Perfect condition.

This is a hand sewn and hand quilted antique doll quilt circa 1850-60. It is random and naïve and very pleasing to the eye. It has been professionally mounted. I love hanging these doll quilts on fronts and backs of doors. (I have run out of wall space!) This one is 16" by 16" and mounted 18" by 18".

A pair of hand-painted French porcelain ink-pots or candlesticks, made around 1920. The larger one is 4 1/4 inches (11 cm) by 4 1/4 inches and 2 1/2 inches (6,5 cm) tall. The smaller one is 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm) by 3 3/4 inches. They are in good condition (age-appropriate fading to paint). They are signed, 'Le Tallec Paris' and 'Made in France'.

An English sterling silver master butter knife by Wm. Eley, London 1836. This simple and elegant late Regency period sterling silver master butter knife is in the Fiddle pattern and it is fully hallmarked for London, England 1836. It has a WE maker's mark (most likely Wm. Eley). It measures 8" long, it weighs 55 grams, it has an T McM monogram and it is in excellent original condition with no dents, breaks, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A tall colorless cordial with a red cameo overlay on the cup and hollow stem along with shallow colorless cameo grapes and vines on the foot. The cameo overlay on the cup and stem consists of grape vines and grapes along with an image of Minerva with an owl perched on her left hand. The cordial is 6 1/4 inches tall and is unsigned.

American Modern sterling silver and glass inkwell on stand, ca 1920. Lobed melon-form glass bowl; sterling silver cover domed with overlapping ovoid ring finial. Stand has well and large lobing. Cover interior numbered 38. Stand and cover marked “Sterling”. Very good condition.

A Royal Crown Derby 6452 hand painted covered entree dish 1907. This fine quality English bone china covered oval entree dish is dated 1907and it was made by Royal Crown Derby in the 6452 pattern. This 11-1/4" x 7-3/4" serving dish has a cobalt band with matte gold painting including a grape vine motif and white enamel jewelling.
