The ultimate in men’s accessories is this 14Kt white gold pen knife from the early twentieth century. It was originally used on watch chains as a functional fob. The knife has two folding blades one of which is a knife blade and the other is a nail file/ pick. On the front there is a diamond shaped 14Kt yellow gold plaque, hand-engraved with the initials H.D. The length of the knife is 2 3/8” including the fold down bail, and the width is 7/16”.

Circa 1840, English porcelain Staffordshire quill pen holder depicting a confetti coleslaw nest with a dove protecting 2 hatchlings from a snake. Beautiful exotic wood case with cylinder music box that has bells, drums and castanets. A very nice Victorian inkwell in peacock blue glass. The front side is engraved with an ornate floral pattern. The lid has lapidary cutting around the edges and is engraved with the image of a dove in mid-flight and carrying a letter in its beak. Certainly, the suggestion is of a lovebird delivering a sentimental note! The lid is mounted with a brass hinge.
