Lovely antique garden shears, circa 1915. They are silver plate made by the Clauss Co. of Fremont Ohio. They are 6.5" long and 2.5" at their widest (when closed). They have a nice rose motif.

This well preserved Victorian 900 silver lorgnette has a rectangular enameled handle. The enamel is in great condition on all four sides. The lorgnette works and has low magnification lenses. The total length of the lorgnette is 5 3/8 “.

19th C sterling silver and ebony swagger stick. Presentation engraving on handle was done sometime after 1920. Marked sterling on all silver pieces, it is in excellent condition and measures 17.5" long.

Antique 19th C rosewood sewing box with a ball bun foot at each corner. Padded top fits nicely and lifts off. Designed to be displayed on a table top, it is a solid piece measuring 6.5" high, 6.75" across, 5" front to back.

A very rare cast iron fireplace tool set with caddy includes tongs, poker, and shovel. The caddy in enameled in black over a white primer, a clue to help dating of the set. The caddy is formed of rectilinear lines with a bird with large plumes in the center. Each of the tools has a ring for either grabbing or hanging. Tool handles have twisted shafts with simple decoration on the squared portions. The tools appear to be hand forged...

This 14K gold ladies' pocket watch features highly decorated case with a monogram of B whose enamel face displays Arabic numerals and a second hand. A fine French mantle clock in the rococo style made of rouge marble with gilded bronze feet and accents, atop which stands a bronze of Joan of Arc by Henri Emile Giraud (1825-92,Fr), and thus signed. A fabulous 19th C Meissen porcelain inkwell set in Imari palate. Consisting of an inkwell with lid, a sander and an undertray. All pieces were hand painted and are in excellent condition. There is some wear to the enamels on the tray from use but that is it. No hairlines, chips, or cracks. The tray measures 11" by 7.75"; Sander 2.5" high by 4" diameter; Inkwell 3.5" high by 4" diameter.

Rare Jennings Brothers inkwell set with an elaborate hunt scene on the cover that opens to show a beautiful hound's head on the inkwell cap. Also inside are 2 racks for holding reservoir fountain pens and a lovely perpetual calendar made of ivorine. The interior is lined with a reddish brown bakelite. This particular cane has a filter on the end that screws off and scents can be added to the small sponge in the chamber. This stick was used for smelling in the sick ward in hospitals.
