Navajo Mark Chee (1914-1981) specialized in traditional designs using heavy silver, stampwork and the finest stones available. This bracelet is a prime example of his work featuring 5 high grade Lone Mountain turquoise stones. Measuring 5 1/2" around in the inside plus a 1" opening, it is 1 1/8" wide in the front and tapers to 3/4" at the terminals. Weighing 145 grams, it is in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones...

William Spratling made this "pillows" design in his first phase of beginning his adventure in bringing back the silver industry to Taxco and it is appropriately hallmarked as shown. It is long enough for a man or woman with a slouchy bangle fit of 8.25in. The links are one inch high. It is built with a heft of 82 grams of almost pure 980 silver. Most of these examples have damage to the small balls that sit on the very top and very bottom all across the length of the bracelet...

Description: A turquoise pendant was intriguingly carved as a binding knot. By well-wished six knots, the pendant was full of flouring lines of beauty. On the surface, the enduring grayish tint was covered due to age. Otherwise, the manually-carved lines were preserved with original residues. From the usually seen knot pattern and the old characteristics, this pendant was authenticated as a piece from Ming or early Qing period. One minute chip was found at the inner rim...

SOLD. Though not in the linear Arts Crafts style, this unmarked ring from a Boston area household is nonetheless in the same bench made discipline. This type often has a small rectangular tab stamped 'Handmade Sterling'. This one has neither, yet it is guaranteed tested to be at least sterling. Look at the applied chased leaves, flower petals, curls all layered on to a rectangular base with a double row 2mm shank. 7/8" X 5/8"...

A beautiful Suiseki mounted on rich red carved wood base enclosed in a custom made kiri-wood display box. There is a sublime balance between the ragged peaks and deep clefts in the stone, and excellent example of the Renzan (Range) type of stone. The stone is 37 x 10 x 12 cm (15 x 4 x 5 inches) and is in excellent condition. There is one very small nick in the wooden base (1/8th of an inch or 3 mm in size). Together the stone and box weight 3.5 kilograms (roughly 8 pounds)...
