A delicately carved mother-of-pearl cameo is surrounded by rose-cut diamonds in this lovely pendant. It is 14 k yellow gold, and the diamonds are set in 14 k white gold. Ten larger and 47 smaller rose-cut diamonds surround the cameo, and nine more diamonds are pave-set on the bail.
