An unusual horseshoe shape shell cameo brooch in a gold filled setting circa 1920 - 1930. This vintage beautifully carved cameo was designed for a family with a passion for horse racing. Wonderful Art Nouveau 14K yellow gold stick pin in the form of a flying dragon. The coiled body is covered with finely detailed scales and the wings are detailed with webbing. The dragon clasps a small prong-set single-cut diamond in its jaws. The surfaces have the soft matte bloom or “Russian finish” that was often used in the Art Nouveau period. The pinstem is illegibly hallmarked. Tested and guaranteed 10K gold.

This interesting bracelet has a rough look to it, with irregular edges and iridescent, highly oxidized surface. The band is pierced as a belt, and is hammered into a strong but flexible construction. The hook clasp is secure and shows no signs of stress. The bangle shows very few signs of wear; it is unsigned and marked as sterling. It measures just under ½ inch wide; inner circumference is 7 inches. The bracelet opens about 1 inch to accommodate the wrist. Weight: 19.3 grams

Matching the impressive pendant necklace by the same maker that is also available in my store, the "warrior" bracelet presented here was wrought by maestro Anton in the "mozaico Azteca" style that the Los Castillo workshop revived in Taxco's "golden Deco" years. The profile of the warrior, carefully cut out of sterling silver sheet, and the eagle that accompanies it, is set in a sea of azur-malachite...

Interesting combination of magenta and purple, this set is of composition beads in various sizes and shapes. Knotted throughout, the two necklace strands measure 26 1/2" and 29". The clasp is rhinestone. Complimentary clip earrings(with beautiful Haskell style backs) measure 1 1/2" by 1" approximately.

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch designed by Erling Christoffersen for Norway Designs Plus. Looks like a stylized butterfly. Measures 1 1/2" across and 1 1/4" high. Has an earlier 'C' clasp. Marked with ND, 925S, Sterling and the Plus sign. Has a dark patina but could be polished up if you choose. Some minor surface scratches. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.
