This stickpin features a burnt orange or caramel-colored oval carnelian – yummy!. It is set in (stamped) 10kt gold and surrounded by an oval gold frame set with 4 seed pearls. The setting measures 13/16” x 1/2", and the whole thing is 2-3/8" long. Circa 1915. The pin has a little bit of a bend toward the top, typical of gold stick pins and not visible when it’s worn, of course. Otherwise in excellent antique condition. Decorated with inlaid discs and squares of bone, horn and wood, in the manner of tribal or ethnographic art, this compelling long chain necklace has an exotic, sophisticated feel. The discs are decorated on both sides; the squares, only on one side. Each ring of the cable chain is completely secured with solder; the chain has no clasp but can be doubled. The dating is mostly likely 1950-1960, although it could be older. Doubled, the chain measures 28 ½ inches long. It is conservatively dated.

Earrings measure 1" tall and 3/4" across. Signed F. Miraglia N.Y. Sterling. Screw part is also signed Sterling. Screw backs work fine and hold tightly. Have a minor amount of tarnish.

Famous design!

This Coro brooch is very talented. It can be worn as seen, or it can be removed from a bracket on the back and worn as two clips. Its flowers tremble (ok, wiggle) when the brooch moves. It is enameled and has lovely pave and channeled rhinestones. Each clip is marked Coro Duette. 3" by 1 5/8". Very chunky.

The earrings are 2 1/2" long. The bracelet is 7 1/2" long x 1/2" wide. The square rhinestons are brown.

An Art Deco style sterling silver bracelet from Mexico with four bezel set amethyst carved masks alternating with domes and curved bars. The stones have some inclusions. We have seen the same bracelet with the FD mark for Fred Davis.

Marked Sterling Mexico on the clasp. Measures 7 1/4" long and 1 1/8" wide. Box clasp holds securely. Has some minor surfaces scratches, a few dings on the sides, some tiny flea bites to the amethyst and a little tarnish.

A Vintage Modernist abstract clamper cuff bracelet made of Sterling Silver signed Zagal Tasco. Measures approximately 7" around and 1 7/8" at the widest. Marked Zagal, Tasco, Hecho en Mexico, and Sterling on the inside. Marked with eagle #3 also. In very fine condition. Some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Heavy and well made. Spring is tight. Great organic design.

Unusual sterling ring featuring a gemstone quality tiger-eye, which shows incredible fire and graining. The impressive setting holds the large stone, which measures 1 6/8" x 1", high above the finger. Signed "Pinegem Sterling." Approximately size 7. Very good vintage condition with a few minor scuffs to the stone which are only noticeable upon close inspection.

These cufflinks produced by Antonio Pineda are elegant and very classy. Obsidian and silver cylinders side by side measure 15/16" x 5/8". T-backs are tight and snappy. Signed and hallmarked with the Antonio Taxco crown, 970, and the eagle assay 17. Weight is 21.2 grams. In excellent vintage condition.

A modernist pendant in 830 silver designed by Jorma Laine for Kultateollisuus, Ky of Turku Finland.

This reticulated pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1" wide. Chain measures 23" long and has a spring clasp that holds securely. Chain may be original, has some marks which are only partially struck which may be 830S. Pendant is marked 830S for the Finnish silver standard, and Finland. Nice condition, minor tarnish.

Fine, classic mid century design.

This 14Kt yellow gold three dimensional vintage motorcycle charm depicts a vintage motorcycle. The motorcycle measures ¾ X ½”.

This Florentine micro mosaic fleur de lis pin is 7/8" x 5/8". It is in excellent condion. There seems to be no missing tesserae. Fleur de lis = French symbol of life and power. It also seems to be made of silver with a gold plate.

Handsome Napoleon III-era 18K gold brooch in the form of an eagle with spread wings. Eagle motifs were very popular in French jewelry of the 1860's and 70's. This example features a hook from which a lady could hang her gold watch. The eagle's beak holds a small ring that originally would have been attached to a tiny safety chain for the watch...

This brilliant buckle is 3 1/8" long by 2 1/2" wide. The setting is either gun metal or Japanned base metal. Most of the stones are brilliant and all are prong set. Circa 1880s.

Dramatic and enormous handmade peridot and sterling SCARAB pendant. It's made of textured gold washed sterling with an applied silver scarab beetle that has a peridot body. This is a superior piece of Victorian jewelry. The pin is 2 1/4" long and 11/16" wide. The bezel set onyx or black glass Cameo is 1" in diameter. Circa 1910. The gold filled mount is ribbon like with an intricate scroll design. There have been are no cracks, no repairs to this cameo or to the gold filled finding. This cameo pin is in excellent vintage condition .

The Nordic-style pendant is suspended from a cable chain with two large rings and no clasp. The back of the pendant bears the maker’s mark of Kalevala Koru, of Helsinki, Finland. It also shows the mark for the year 1971. Striking mid-20th Century modernist sterling and rock crystal Ring by K.E. Palmberg, who was chief designer for the leading Swedish company Alton in the 1950s. Matching bracelet and pendant currently available separately.

The square portion behind the large clear stone is oxidized black, making the crystal to sparkle and glow like crazy. The top portion of the ring measures 6/8" in diameter and stands 3/8" above the ring. Adjustable, but currently a size 6.5...

This pair of Victorian hair pin is beaded all over front and back. They are 4 1/2" long by 2" in width. They are in super condition.

This faceted helotrope Trifari bracelet is 7" long and 9/16" wide. The back is a silver metal color with a fold over clasp. The stones are bright and the plating is in perfect original condition.

These Georg Jensen two-sided silver cuff links feature a prominent side with a floral motif and the other formed as a bar with oxidized impressions. Each exhibits strong, well soldered connecting rings as well as the Jensen mark of 1933-1944, the design no. 9 and a dotted oval with 830 inside, indicating silver content. The larger sides measure 5/8 inch across. Weight: 7.6 grams total

Evoking a sophisticated and cosmopolitan look, this Italian silver bracelet features five textured curved rings linked by bars inlaid with strips of turquoise enamel. The secure fold-over clasp bears marks for .800 silver and the city/date mark of Arezzo, 1944-1968. The maker’s numeric mark is not fully legible. The bracelet measures 8 inches long by 1 ½ inches wide. Weight: 64.9 grams

This heavily engraved silver pin is from the estate of Helen Aman, who escaped from Russia during the Bolshevik Revolution to settle in California. It was one of the jewels she brought with her from her childhood. It consists of a bell (with a clapper – but it doesn’t actually make any noise) dangling from an angled bar. Marked 84 for 875 silver, it also has a partial city mark, which we believe is for Moscow (which would make sense, given her history)...
