I love the old hand made flies. They are so realistic and these are in 2 sizes. One is 1.75in. long and 1.25in. wide. This one is a pre-1948 980 TAXCO hallmark and weighs 6 grams heavy. The other is a bit smaller but not without detail measuring 1.5in. tall and 1 in. wide. The weight is 4.7 grams heavy. This one has an eagle 3 and is hallmarked EML IGUALA. A wonderful looking vintage late Victorian 1-3/8 x 1" rolled gold plated oval photo locket on a 19" book-link rolled gold plated chain. The 5/16" wide chain has different engraved designs on each side, and the locket has fine hand tooling on the reverse side. It also has an applied mount with a central pearl surrounded by six natural garnets. These cuff links are circa 1920's. They are "disks" with a filigree, foliate, spiral design. Their diameter is 3/4". They are marked 835 and have a maker's mark I am continuing to research. They are in excellent condition.

This ring made by Miguel Martinez is such a striking creative piece of seeing a stone an letting the rock speak. The band flows from underneath to the front to hold in the stone. The dimensions are 12.4 grams heavy and a size 8.5 which can be sized. The face is 1.25in. long and .75in. wide. This is an early piece of Miguels work and he became the principle designer of Rancho Allegre. Properly hallmarked as show. Fabulous and daring piece.

This very Victorian grooming chatelaine is from the 1800s. It has a Chinese fish motif at the top, and dangling from that are 3 implements: a tweezers, one for cleaning nails, and an ear-cleaning device. A pair of vintage sterling silver heart shaped earrings by Peggy Ackerly, (1921-2011), who apprenticed with Sam Kramer from 1943-64. Ackerly helped design and execute many of Kramer's most iconic pieces. These earrings are post 1968, when she began using the conjoined MA mark for Margaret Ackerly.

A very unusual hand wrought copper necklace with lightly hammered curved links. The end of each link slips through a small slit and is then hammered flat so it won't come out. Hard to explain but ingenious!

The necklace measures approximately 34" around. There is no clasp, meant to slide over the head. Unsigned.

This is a marvelous example of a period antique bangle bracelet crafted in sterling silver with channel set square paste gems. Detailed and fine engraving is scrolled along the silver work of the entire band. The clasp is a tongue and groove closure.

Measuring 3/16" in width ( .04 cm) and will fit a wrist of 7 inches or less ( 2 1/4" x 2"). It is in excellent condition; hallmarked for "sterling" and date to circa 1925.

The rich look of these cuff links comes from the intricate engine-turned engraving and deeply embossed scrolled, vine-like borders. The backs exhibit securely soldered split bridge bars connected to domed anchor buttons known as bean backs. The bridge bars bear the mark for 14kt gold and what looks to be the maker’s mark of M.B.
