A fine, hand hammered modernist sterling silver collar necklace and hook bracelet by the California studio jeweler, Gerald Stinn, (1937-2019). Thick hammered sterling wires gently curved and flattened.

The necklace measures about 12" around with an opening of about 2". Measures 1/4" at the widest. Probably better for a slender neck although can be adjusted somewhat.

This ring made by Miguel Martinez is such a striking creative piece of seeing a stone an letting the rock speak. The band flows from underneath to the front to hold in the stone. The dimensions are 12.4 grams heavy and a size 8.5 which can be sized. The face is 1.25in. long and .75in. wide. This is an early piece of Miguels work and he became the principle designer of Rancho Allegre. Properly hallmarked as show. Fabulous and daring piece.

This very Victorian grooming chatelaine is from the 1800s. It has a Chinese fish motif at the top, and dangling from that are 3 implements: a tweezers, one for cleaning nails, and an ear-cleaning device. This is a marvelous example of a period antique bangle bracelet crafted in sterling silver with channel set square paste gems. Detailed and fine engraving is scrolled along the silver work of the entire band. The clasp is a tongue and groove closure.

Measuring 3/16" in width ( .04 cm) and will fit a wrist of 7 inches or less ( 2 1/4" x 2"). It is in excellent condition; hallmarked for "sterling" and date to circa 1925.

Lovely vintage sterling silver brooch set with a cluster of eight Mikimoto-quality pearls. The pearls range from 6.0 to 7.5mm. They have very white body color with silvery overtones. The nacre is thick and very lustrous. Mikimoto supplied other jewelers with pearls and it is most likely that these are by Mikimoto. A pair of vintage brooches from the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis, one in the shape of a 6 pointed star and the other a whale. Great hammered textures.

A pair of vintage sterling silver heart shaped earrings by Peggy Ackerly, (1921-2011), who apprenticed with Sam Kramer from 1943-64. Ackerly helped design and execute many of Kramer's most iconic pieces. These earrings are post 1968, when she began using the conjoined MA mark for Margaret Ackerly.

The heart shaped pieces swing on the curled vines that are attached to the ear wires. The earrings measure 7/8" across and 1" tall. Marked with her hallmark and sterling on the back of each one....

The focus of this studio necklace is the central drop of translucent banded agate, suspended by a chain of hand-forged links. The agate is securely mounted in an open-back bezel framed, and the hook closure is also hand-wrought. Each connecting ring is soldered closed, exhibiting a high quality of workmanship. The piece is likely from the 1970s-1980s. The necklace measures 24 inches long; the agate pendant drops by an inch.

This is a beautiful Alpha Xi Delta sorority pin with 15 graduated peals. It is engraved M. Mullingeaux 1/25/25. This is a national sorority / fraternity founded in 1893 at Lombard College. Their motto is " the pen is mightier than the sword." This pin tests 14K but is not hallmarked.

A very unusual hand wrought copper necklace with lightly hammered curved links. The end of each link slips through a small slit and is then hammered flat so it won't come out. Hard to explain but ingenious!

The rich look of these cuff links comes from the intricate engine-turned engraving and deeply embossed scrolled, vine-like borders. The backs exhibit securely soldered split bridge bars connected to domed anchor buttons known as bean backs. The bridge bars bear the mark for 14kt gold and what looks to be the maker’s mark of M.B.
