Very nice Victorian 18K yellow gold stick pin in the form of a coiled snake. The head is set with an old European cut sapphire. The engraved detailing is very nice. The snake motif in Victorian jewelry, often used to represent eternal love, became popular after Prince Albert gave Queen Victoria a snake ring as her betrothal gift. Hallmarked with the French "tete de cheval" and an unidentified maker's mark.

Exquisite Victorian sticking fashioned from 12K yellow gold, the head in the shape of a horseshoe prong-set with a double row of graduated rose-cut diamonds and cabochon rubies. One of the rubies is an old mine-cut and another is a rectangular cushion-cut. In both cases, the stones appear to be original, as the setting fits them perfectly. Perhaps the jeweler was more interested in matching color than specific cuts. This was not an uncommon practice in the era...

Victorian 14K yellow and rose gold bookchain necklace made of intricately carved links with fine etruscan beadwork. Includes 2 rose gold spring rings and an extra link, also referred to as a "dangle," for attaching a locket or pendant. Can be worn with the spring ring clasp in front or in back. Total length is 21 inches, large links are 1/4 inch wide at the widest point. Excellent condition.

An early Victorian oval-shaped English "Sincerity" locket made by the Robinson & Co LTD in 1831, featuring a spectacular stylized and geometric engraved fern pattern symbolizing sincerity, with original twig-shape bale and original frame, hinged to display a photo. The exterior back with no engraving and hallmarked R & Co, Birmingham, England, Old English Letter H. Wt: 13.6g; Size: 1 7/8" long x 1 1/2" wide; Condition is excellent. Minor indentation on reverse.

Lovely vintage silver enameled link necklace by Margot Van Voorhies Carr. 1950s. Marked MARGOT DE TAXCO, STERLING MEXICO, with eagle number 16, and with design number 5614. A signature Margot enameling technique, with leaf forms enameled in translucent green and small circular shapes in opaque white with tiny black speckles. Photos do not capture the fine detail of the enameling. Slide clasp. Fresh and beautiful and very wearable.

This beautiful 19th century gilt silver and Bohemian garnet necklace with drops in the Victorian style is comprised of five large flowers and three suspended flowers encrusted with lovely ruby-red garnets all flanked by 28 smaller flower links set with garnets. Condition: excellent, all stones intact. Clasp has been restored. Measurement: 18 in. long.

Excellent vintage Sigi sterling and jasper bangle with two hinges. Marked SIGI, STERLING, HECHO EN MEXICO, and with design number 244. C. 1960. This piece is pictured on page 198 of "Mexican Silver" by Morrill and Berk. With a slide clasp and safety catch. Substantial at 71 grams/2.5 ounces. An outstanding mid-century modern piece.

Rare and absolutely without equal when it comes to enamel work this sterling silver pin measures approx 1 7/8 inches, is hallmarked on the back, attributed to either David Andersen or Ivar Holt (can't totally read the maker's mark), pin in perfect working order. Shiny black enamel all in perfect condition.

This is a Victorian shell cameo brooch deeply carved to depict a woman strolling in a wooded village and set within a silver twisted-ribbon oval frame and twisted wire border; good condition having a small hairline crack; measurement: 2 _ in. x 2 _ in. oval.

This beautiful ring is a size 6. The front of the band displays 3 central, square boxes, each with 4 square marcasites, surrounded by 8 bezel-set circular marcasites on a decorative oxidized inner surface. The band tapers front to back from 1/2" to 1/4". The inside is marked / stamped 925. This lovely ring is in excellent condition.

A very good Victorian brooch worked in pietra-dura. The design depicts a colorful purple iris blossom with foliage and buds against a black background. The pieces of stone are very well-cut and fit tightly into the design. The back retains the original brass pinstem and c-clasp.

This lovely necklace is 17" long. It consists of sterling silver links (each 7/8" long) that meet to display a decorative bordered Eilat stone (the national stone of Israel: "The King Solomon Stone"). The colorful stone (greens and blues), set in sterling, has a diameter of 3/4". The drop itself measures 1 3/4" x 1 1/8". The back is marked 925. This piece is in excellent condition. The necklace has a single chain and hook clasp.

A delightful pair of cufflinks worked in 14K yellow, rose and green gold. Each cufflink depicts a woodland scene with an owl in a tree, a rabbit standing on his hind legs, various flowers and plants, and a moonlight starry sky. The combination of an owl along with a rabbit represents the concept of "night" and "day." These cufflinks were originally cuff buttons and were converted to cufflinks using the original parts. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

A superb Art Deco platinum ring set with a cat’s-eye chrysoberyl cabochon flanked at each shoulder by a row of square step-cut diamonds. The chrysoberyl is of the finest quality, with a strong well-centered white eye against a strongly greenish-yellow background—precisely the combination that yields the desirable “milk and honey” effect. This set consists of a spectacular, large bracelet with matching earrings. Each onyx stone is bezel set. The bracelet measures 6 3/4" x 1" x 3/8" and has a V-spring and Box Clasp. The earrings are screwbacks and measure 1" x 3/4" x 3/8". The back of the bracelet is marked DEL RIO 0.925 HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING. The bracelet has good heft, weighing just about over 85 grams (3 ounces). The set has a beautiful design and is in excellent condition.
