This beautiful, large brooch / pin measures 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. It is in gold tone and marked J.J. for the Jonette Jewelry Company, founded in 1935 in Providence, Rhode Island in 1935. This piece: however, is circa 1960's. It is in excellent condition. It also has good heft.

This wonderful brooch / pin consists of 3 flowers with a central blue - purple rhinestone, cupped by enamel petals, into another set of light blue plastic petals, into darker blue petals. The green leaves are plastic and attached to a stem of white enamel over metal. The beadwork is excellent, detailing the age c. 1950's-1960's. The back of the stem is marked LISNER. It measures 3" x 2". It is in excellent condition (the enamel on the stem shows some metal)...

A superb 6.42 carat natural star ruby set into a late Retro 18K yellow and white gold mounting. The ruby is color-graded as medium-dark, moderately strong purple-red (R/P 6/4). The ruby has fine clarity, without eye-visible inclusions. The cut has excellent symmetry and a high dome, resulting in a well-centered bright star with straight, evenly spaced, long rays. Eye catching hand forged sterling silver pin designed and signed circa 1940's by Taxco, Mexico silver Maestro Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Brooch measures 3" long X 1 1/4" high. Both pin and 7 cascabels are in beautiful condition with no dents or dings. Pin back and safety lock work well. Fully hallmarked on reverse HA TAXCO STERLING MADE IN MEXICO. Likely inspired by a Pre-Columbian design.

We are offering a lovely Martinez parure of necklace, bracelet and earrings. The stones are poured glass and all are clean with no dark mottle. There is glare and a reflection of the camera in some of the stones. This color of blue is one of the nicest sky blue that I have seen. The entire grouping is damage free and is signed on the bracelet only.It is not unusual in the making of a parure that only one piece is signed. The old world charm and workmanship is obvious, when you look at this great pinwheel design broach / pendant from circa 1910. The eight swirls are set with oriental seed pearls, each swirl is centered by an old-mine diamond and so is the center of the broach. There are 64 oriental seed pearls and 9 old-mine diamonds. A large copper, brass and silver cuff bracelet from Casa Maya with two large stylized birds. Measures about 6" around with an opening of 1 1/4" and 2 1/2" tall. We have a unique design of heavy repousse touched off with amethyst. No dents or damage and fits most with a 2.5in. diameter. The height is 1.75 making this a noticeable piece on the wrist. Marked Mexico Silver and weighs 64 grams.
