A pair of double-sided cufflinks, the faces fashioned from navette-shaped plaques of lapis lazuli simply set in 14K yellow gold. The coloring is very even, with no hint of white in the stone. The lapis has an unusual matte finish which provides a sophisticated look. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

An interesting pair of 18K yellow gold baton style cufflinks, the faces set with oval blue sapphires. The sapphires are bezel-set for a clean, classic look. The sapphires have a strong, dark blue color and do not show signs of heat treatment. The toggle backs are stamped with French 18K gold marks.

An attracted 18K yellow gold mesh bracelet studded with small round rubies. The design of the mesh has an element of Gothic tracery. As is typical of jewelry from the Retro period, the rubies are synthetic. The clasp is stamped for 18K.

A striking pair of 18K yellow gold mid-century earrings fashioned as knots of rope-motif gold. Each earring is finished at the top with three round brilliant diamonds and at the bottom with free-hanging tassels ending in round brilliant blue sapphires. The knot design has a very sculptural quality, typical of French jewelry from the early 1950s, while the tassels provide a sense of movement. A classic Mikimoto ring featuring a cluster of 6.3mm pearls crowned with a star of six round brilliant diamonds of G color and VVS2 clarity. The pearls have fine luster, with cream body color and rose overtones, and are graded AA. The shank is stamped with Mikimoto’s hallmark and for 18K gold.

An elegant pair of 18K yellow gold and amber earrings, the square cabochon amber simply set in the gold frame. The prongs holding the amber become an important part of the overall design. An impressive cocktail ring worked in 18K white gold and featuring multi-colored pearls set with diamonds. The pearls, ranging in size from 4.2 to 8.4 mm, are in at least eight distinctly identifiable shades including cream, rose, steel grey, aubergine, and lavender. The surfaces have good luster and are graded as AA1. Round brilliant diamonds, graded as I color and SI1 clarity are sprinkled among the pearls, as are leaves of white gold...
An extraordinary pair of Art Deco earrings featuring faceted onyx rings suspended from platinum and yellow gold surmounts set with rose cut diamonds. Each onyx ring encloses a platinum element with rose-cut diamonds set in a foliate pattern and further suspending a prong-set old European cut diamond. All the parts are fully articulated, so the earrings have a lot of movement. The platinum is finely millegrained. The center diamonds are I color, SI2 clarity...
This handmade ring features a substantial domed top of cross-hatched openwork and an adjustable band. It dates around 1960-1970, and bears the marks of husband and wife designers Else Berntsen Hughes and Paul Hughes, including the H mark for their workshop, Studio Else and Paul. The ring is sized approximately 4 ½-5 and can be adjusted slightly larger by a competent jeweler. Weight: 10.5 grams
This disc pin features a large faceted citrine in a bold prong setting. The stone has a light yellow-brown tinge and shows no signs of damage or wear. It is quite secure in its mount. The disc has a warm patina from age; the piece dates conservatively 1960-1970. The back has a secure rollover clasp and bears the marks for Mexican silver (eagle 42, circular 925 Sterling) as well as the maker’s mark for Los Ballesteros. There appears to have been a pendant bale or hook that has been removed...
A vintage, modernist sterling silver ring designed by Pentti Sarpaneva for Turun Hopea Oy of Finland. Design measures 1 3/8" long and 1" across. Ring measures about a 4.5 now. Marked with the intertwined TH for Turun Hopea, Crown mark for Finland, 830H for silver standard, Town Mark for Turku and date code which looks like L7 for 1964. Nice weight and condition. Great design.
A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver cuff links by noted silversmith, Maxwell Chayat. Measure 7/8" across. Toggle findings are marked Sterling and swivel. Marked Chayat Sterling on the backs. Sterling 'pearls' against oxidized darker sterling background. The pair is in nice condition, with some tarnish. Well made, classic mid century design.
Doris Silver was a shop in Taxco during the Spratling era. She offered her space to craftsmen to produce quality and stunning jewels. This necklace is very heavy repousse with a wearable 17in. long with it's widest point being 7/8th in. The patina is naturally dark and thick. The design is floral with twisting and turning vines. Hidden within is a drop of 2.5in. across and 2 in. tall. I have never seen another like this one. No damage, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Amazing vintage pair of genuine natural ruby earrings with diamonds set in 14k yellow gold. Each earring features 21 marquise cut (7pts each) prong set rubies, and 6 round cut diamonds, with the rubies having a total of 1.47 ctw per earring.
In pristine condition, these pierced earrings measure 5/8 inches long and have a 1” drop (including earring) and hang perfectly (see 2nd photo). The color is excellent and uniform with the diamonds giving a nice sparkle...
An exquisite Art Deco platinum pendant in the form of a rose set with old mine cut, old European cut, single cut and pear cut diamonds. The design is delicately worked in a sort of stencil effect, the negative spaces between diamond-set areas appearing as the veins of leaves or the deeper recesses of the rose blossom. A 14k 2 diamonds anniversary or wedding ring circa 1960s 1970. This vintage custom made ring is yellow gold and a size 6. It has a 36 point brilliant cut diamond of VS-2 clarity and F colour, an 18 point diamond of SI-I and F-G colour and also twelve single cut diamonds (27 points in total) of VS-SI clarity and F-G colour (one stone very slightly chipped). A vintage silver, probably sterling, brooch with a carved carnelian cabochon. Measures 2" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked with what looks like the stylized initials 'ES'. The cabochon has 5 small drilled holes. We are not sure what the purpose was. Has a 'C' clasp that holds securely. Has a little tarnish. Very pretty design.
