Beautiful vintage 1940s wired necklace, probably Chinese export, with carved stone beads alternating with clear faceted beads that are either glass or rock crystal. The carved stone beads include amethyst, what looks like one celadon jade bead, serpentine, carnelian, rose quartz, what looks like lapis or sodalite, and a large pale green bead that looks like flourite or some other quartz. This festive necklace is composed of large, faceted Bakelite beads interspersed with round one. The necklace has been restrung with a new yellow metal spring-ring clasp and jump ring, so is quite secure. The beads come in butterscotch, black, cherry, root beer, dark brown, orange and marbled green, to name a few shades. There is one round bead that appears to be Prystal. All beads definitively pass the Simichrome test except for the black. They are probably from the 1940s...

This beautiful 25" long chain has very interesting links. Every other one is textured, and the others are a double link with a bead detail. The links measure approximately 5 mm across. The chain is probably English made and is marked "18" on the clasp. It is in excellent condition and the overall weight is 31.9 grams. It is the perfect companion for any locket or fob. We have it showcased with locket J1932.

This pin bridges mid-century modernist and Southwest aesthetics with its angular design and polished ceramic cabochon resembling turquoise. It’s marked 925 for sterling silver at one end; the original rollover clasp is very secure. The pin measures about 3 inches long by ¾ inch wide.
