A large sterling silver brooch by Taxco artisan Enrique Ledesma with a dark green elongated stone. Measures 2 3/4" long and 1 1/8" wide. Marked on the back Ledesma, Mexico, Taxco, 925, BB, Eagle #3 and design number 289. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Has a hairline on the side which doesn't go all the way through. The stone is stable. There is a variation to the texture of the surface in one small area. Probably original to the stone...

A very cool vintage modernist silver plated (probably) pendant by Erik Dennung circa 1970s. Pendant drops 4 1/2" and is 1 5/8" across. Marked Erik Dennung Made in Denmark. Also has the mark for B+D. In good condition, has some minor surface scratches and tarnish to the plating. Would look great on a neck ring. (We have those also if you need one.) Has a large bale so can accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Impressive piece.

Hinged bangle bracelets whether gem- or hard stone-studded, wrought in shadow-box or simply crafted in bold, massive silver are among my favorite designs by the Los Ballesteros workshop. The modernist, generously wide version at hand with its impressed “nested ellipses” and its bezel-set green jaspers is a first one for me...

Two vintage modernist sterling silver pieces by Erik Granit, an early geometric brooch and/or a pendant with a central crystal. Made in Finland.

The geometric brooch is marked with the conjoined EG logo, Crown, and 813H for the silver content. The hallmarks are small and on top of the 'C' clasp. It measures 1 1/2" in diameter. It is not flat, it slopes up towards the center like a mini volcano. The clasp holds securely...

An interesting pair of Modernist free form tumbled spotted moss agate stones in sinuous 14K yellow gold cage settings with bean backs. The agates have interesting spotted markings in shades of gray and brown as well as surface-reaching matrix in a cream color. The settings are clearly hand-crafted and designed specifically for the stones. Tested and guaranteed 14K.

Sterling silver pendant with a large rock crystal, by Finnish designer Salovaara. Designer’s mark for Salovaara: an ice bear, 925, A for the city of Abo (Finnish: Turku) where Salovaara had his workshop and U7 = year mark for 1972. The back of the loop with the mark for import to Sweden (three crowns in an oval an S). To the underside there is an engraved date, probably for the time of presentation to a former owner...

Incredible original hand made ANGEL pendant by Joseph Gourdji, NYC, c.1970's consisting of copper, paste or rhinestones, and enamel. The design is an enamel face with blonde hair surrounded by paste/rhinestones angel wings all on copper base with a ring at the back for a chain. This pendant shows exquisite hand work by this very talented NYC designer who works in all metals and materials in a completely creative and original way...

A fine pair of heavy 18K yellow gold cufflinks in the “horsebit” (“mors de filet”) style. The visible surfaces are covered in rich dark green translucent enamel overlaid with a yellow gold ropetwist motif. When being worn, only the enameled discs are visible. Each cufflink is marked “France/18K”.

Origin: France, ca. 1980. Condition: excellent, one cufflink has a superficial enamel nick visible only under 10x magnification. Weight: 13.5 grams.

A very handsome 14K yellow dress set comprising cufflinks and four shirt studs. The faces are formed as slightly arched rectangular faces with canted corners and ropetwist borders. Each face is centered by an oval blue star sapphire, and the cufflinks also feature a pair of gypsy-set diamonds on each side of the star sapphire. The faces have a matte Russian finish that contrasts handsomely with the highly polished rope borders...

A very handsome pair of 18K yellow gold cufflinks by Tiffany & Co. The oval faces are inlaid with onyx and mother-of-pearl in a checkerboard design surrounded by a band of opaque blue champlevé enamel. The reflective, iridescent nature of the mother-of-pearl is particularly attractive against the black onyx. The connectors are stamped with the maker’s mark for Larter & Co., one of Tiffany’s primary suppliers of better men’s jewelry throughout the 20th century...

A stylish 16” long 14Kt white gold and pave diamond heart necklace. The heart that slides on the chain measures 7/16” X 7/16” and the heart shaped center is pave set with 15 full cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.20Ct.

A terrific pair of Art Deco style 18K gold double-sided cufflinks. The eight-sided front faces are decorated with white gold chevrons in a slightly matte finish that contrast beautifully with the surrounding yellow gold. The back faces are yellow gold ovals with tapered ends. The connectors are marked with Italian hallmarks for 18K gold.

A handsome pair of 18K yellow and white gold cufflinks set with diamonds and sapphires fromthe Coera Collection by Lunia. The rectangular faces are divided assymetrically into a matte-finished hammered yellow gold section studded with calibre cut sapphires, and a white gold section pave-set with round diamonds. The gemstones are of fine quality (sapphires medium-dark blue and diamonds I/VS1). The faces are connected by chains to baton backs finished in the matte hammered style...

An eye catching, substantial gold plate bracelet marked SAL. A thick chain attaches each section and there is light wear (spotting) on the back of the bracelet.The bracelet does not lie perfectly flat and measures 7" x 1/2".

A handsome pair of cufflinks, worked in 19K yellow gold and featuring oval carved bloodstones enhanced with gold bead centers. The bloodstone has a nice deep green color with minute flecks of red. The gold setting behind the bloodstone is formed as a decorative floral design. The torpedo backs are connected by chains. The backs are stamped with Portuguese hallmarks for 19.2K gold.
