Made in one of the countries of mainland South-east Asia which were, at the time, under French colonial control, this silver repousse brooch bespeaks the level of craftsmanship local silversmiths had attained and their attention to composition and design execution. Centered with one 6.0mm cultured pearl surrounded by fourteen round single cut diamonds set throughout curved milgrained channels. The diamonds are predominately VS in clarity and G-I in color. This Yao necklace and matching pair of earrings have added beads and long silk tassels. Both are light weight and easy to wear. The earrings are hollow with the same repeated design pattern on the backside. The wire loop may be a bit thick as they were made to accommodate the large ear holes which are traditional for the Chinese minority groups. These loops could easily be changed out for posts or a thinner wire hoop.

This hand-wrought sterling silver necklace is composed of square curved and graduated panels incised with a seaweed-like design, called "Pine Needle." Each panel is linked by securely soldered rings and bars; the end ring links to a hook closure. The back of one panel bears a plaque with the mark of Joseph Skinger, a mid-century arts and crafts metalsmith and sculptor from Vermont (1911-1967)...

A superb vintage 1950s period four strand necklace and matching clip-on earrings. This set consists of the 22-1/2" quadruple strand necklace and the 1-1/4" x 1-1/8" earrings. Each has gold plated mounts and the necklace has a snapover catch. The beads include molded turquoise glass, gold plated beads and facetted round and tubular black glass beads. This very attractive pair of earrings combines hammered and fluted designs. The pear shaped tops have posts and push backs, and the bottom pendulum part moves freely. Despite the size of the earrings, 2” high and ½” wide, they are relatively light weight and are very comfortable to wear.

Renoir of California had an affinity for primitive art, and the design of this bracelet is a good example of that inspiration. Part of the company’s Matisse line of enameled jewelry, this bracelet features oblong copper panels of two lengths decorated with blue enamel with white specks. The fold-over clasp is marked ‘Matisse’ on the top. There are some minor edge chips in the enamel on the back. It measures about 7 inches long by 1 1/4 inches at its widest point.

This rare inlaid sterling silver belt buckle was designed & signed circa 1950's by modernist Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda. The buckle measures 5 1/4" across X 2 1/4" high & weighs 137 grams. The "eclipse" design is inlaid with black onyx and accented with copper wash. The wearable length of the belt with buckle is 32". A vintage 14Kt two tone gold and diamond engagement ring centered by an approximately 0.30Ct brilliant cut diamond that has H color and VS1 clarity. The center diamond is set in a “miracle setting”. The center stone is flanked on either side by two single cut diamonds and the approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.36Ct. The settings that hold the diamonds are 14Kt white gold while the shank is 14Kt yellow gold. The ring is a size 6 ¼ and can easily be sized.

This striking design was created by Taxco, Mexico modernist Antonio Pineda in the 1950's. 20 brilliant tigers eye stones are set into 970 sterling frames. Silver rods tipped with beautifully matched pearls & 2 with silver are interspersed. The central element measures 3 3/4" across & 2 3/4" long at the center. The silver tipped velvet cord measures 29" long. Weighing 70 grams the necklace is in exquisite condition.

High retro design 14Kt yellow and pink gold ring from the 1940-s or early 1950-s. The ring incorporates a ribbon and bow design with ruby and diamond enhancements. The graduated rubies are set in two rows of four on either side of the bow, while the four single-cut diamonds are set in the center. The ring is a size 5 ½ but can easily be sized.

This interesting pin is constructed of four flat, interlocking rings and has a nice heft to it. The rollover clasp is original to the piece and in good working order. The back bears the maker's mark of a conjoined HT, an unidentified silversmith who also worked with Estela Popowski, as well as independently. Formed as a delicate spray of three flowers, this Coro sterling silver pin has an unusual design, unlike much of the company’s Sterling Craft line.
