This broach is an expertly carved 30 X 40 millimeter oval shell cameo set in a 14Kt yellow gold twisted edged frame. The broach has a fold down swivel which makes it wearable as a pendant as well.

From the 1950's, inspired by the Art Deco movement, is this pale pink and clear Lucite moonglow hair stick pin. In perfect condition, it measures 6" long. The pink ornament measures 1.25" x 7/8".

A large 18K yellow gold Sputnik ring by H Stern. The dome is bezel-set with round amethysts, citrines, aquamarines, peridots, green tourmalines, pink tourmalines and garnets. The Sputnik design was created in the 1950’s to highlight the range of colored gemstones available from Stern’s Brazilian mines. It later came to be called “Sputnik” for its resemblance to the spiky Soviet satellite launched in 1957...

We have a Mexican Silver Clamper in the Lotus design made by Gerardo Lopez who is known for fantastic repousse jewels. Properly hallmarked as shown and being 2.75 in. tall with a hefty weight. No damage to the spring or silver. There is glare and patina to be observed in these pictures. A beautiful thing which works perfectly with the Lotus necklace I also just listed. 2310

Being offered is a circa 1958 sterling silver bracelet by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico; cuff bracelet with carved ebony featuring silver discs of various sizes. Dimensions: 1 1/8" opening; size 6 1/2"; 1 3/8 inches wide. No monogram. Marked as illustrated in photo. A rare piece, in excellent condition.

A 10k yellow spinel gold ring from the 1950s. This vintage size 7-3/4 or 7.75 yellow gold ring features a claw-set faceted 5/16" x 1/4" across pale yellow spinel. The spinel is an emerald cut gem stone and this ring weighs 2.4 grams. One of the claws comes up above the ring in a lined curl, sort of in an abstract modernist wave design, a bit of an unusual assymetrical look...

Sterling silver and 14 karat gold bangle bracelet, set with three pearls and three rubies, each mounted in yellow gold. The gems are set equidistant from one another. The pearls are deeply lustrous and have a fine, faint pink tint. The pear-shaped rubies are also of good color and clarity. The pearls are 6mm in diameter; the rubies are approximately 4mm x 2mm. Excellent vintage condition

This is a vintage modernist design ring in 10k yellow gold c1950s-60. It features three round graduated black Alaskan diamonds (Hematite) in the shape and colour of black pearls. This size 4-1/2 ring is 1/2" across the stones and 7/16" wide. The stones range from 3-5 mm., this ring weighs 3.5 grams, and it is stamped 10K with a maker's mark. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

If the shoe fits, wear it on a tie with this whimsical gold plated tie clasp featuring a wing-tip shoe mounted in the center, circa 1940"s. Size: 1 5/8 x 1/4". Very good vintage condition.

Margot de Taxco, Margot van Voorhies Carr shows off sheer genius in this 5127 design. Rare and 1.25in. wide make you stop and take a longer look. Heavy at approximately 70 grams of repousse swirls and beads which make an abstract image of swans swimming. Anything that looks like a dent is reflection or a spot of tarnish. This is an incredibly clean bracelet.

When you find a Hector Aguilar with stones and as exceptional as these colorful stones, you have found a rare treasure. This necklace is a bit over one inch tall and has a length of 18inches. The silver is 940 pure giving it a whiter contrast than most other designers using 925 silver. No damage to this necklace as it has been well loved and the condition shows us that. An amazing 4 1/4" long 970 silver and amethyst brooch by Taxco artist Antonio Pineda. There are five silver tubes with amethysts suspended from the knot design.They swing freely. Beautiful original condition and hallmarked for Antonio Pineda as shown. A marvelous coat or blazer pin.

A wild vintage 1950s-60s glass multistrand spring bangle or bracelet with glass beads. This bracelet is reminiscent of the style of Miriam Haskell, and it has painted gold, yellow/clear paperweight style and white wafer glass beads on spring steel wires. It has unusual drops comprising gold, white and green loaf-shaped beads wired onto a gilt platform mounted on the coils. It measures 1-1/4" across at rest (it will fit much larger wrists) and 3/4" across; the drops extend 1"...

Coiled aluminum wire ring made without soldering, in the style of Alexander Calder, c.1950's. Has large circular design and measures 1 1/4" in diameter. The ring is cleverly designed so that the band is set towards the edge rather than the mid section. Hence it lays comfortably on the finger. Ed Wiener also used this technique(see back photo). A very pretty mid-century wedding band, pierced in an intricate pattern of chapel bells and flowers. The band has nice width and the detail is very crisp. The interior is stamped "14K."

A fine Italian Etruscan style 18K gold fob charm set with amethysts and pearls. The charm is shaped as a crown. The gold surfaces are enhanced with twisted wire and rosette motifs. The oval amethysts have nice medium color intensity and the pearls have good luster. The charm bears the maker’s mark of Figli di Vittoria Franconeri di Lidia (Florence).

Features two separate molded thermoplastic pieces: The head in white and the body in aqua. The bird's comb is accented with 4 turquoise cabochon beads and the tail with two white pearls. This sterling silver link bracelet is set with six-sided pieces of green glass. The glass is bezel-mounted and secured with strap work; four leaf-shaped pillows surround the glass on each pane. This copper bracelet features a double row of linked leaves attached at each end by copper-plated openwork panels, and connected by round copper-plated links. The surface is highly patinated, with only very minimal wear to the plating on the ends. The fold-over clasp is very secure; there is no mark. The bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches long by about 1 3/4 inches wide.

 

This beautiful bracelet is 7 1/8" long x 1/2" wide. It is made with turquoise and pearl stones, using fine wire: the signature look of some of Hobe pieces, strung together to a metal, chain-like frame. It is in goldtone and is in excellent condition. It is unsigned.

A cool gold plated green glass bead bracelet from the 1950s. This 7" long triple strand green formed glass beads bracelet has rigid textured gold plated rod links suspending the glass beads. This 1950s bracelet has a snapover catch, and the rods are curved on the outside strands and straight in the center. The beads have subtle green swirls and they are suspended by wire loops. This Yao necklace and matching pair of earrings have added beads and long silk tassels. Both are light weight and easy to wear. The earrings are hollow with the same repeated design pattern on the backside. The wire loop may be a bit thick as they were made to accommodate the large ear holes which are traditional for the Chinese minority groups. These loops could easily be changed out for posts or a thinner wire hoop.

This light blue V-shaped necklace is gold tone metal with an abundance of clear, pronged, pave rhinestones and dangling marquise-shaped blue crystals. It is in excellent condition. It is 14 1/2 " long.
