These rocking horse earrings have to be Los Castillo's most endearing design and it is also rare. The weight is 14 grams of repousse. I took a side shot so you could see the depth and dimension these beauties have. They are 1in. tall and 1 1/8th of an inch wide. A fantastic set for a collectors jewel box.

Gerardo Lopez is well known for his skill with the repousse technique in his designs. His flow with swirls and beads are what sets this necklace apart from other Maestros. Todays jewel is 17in. long and the drop is 1 3/8th's by 2in. long. The repousse is thick and the chain is 3/8th inches tall. The presence is gorgeous with a little black dress or jeans. The weight is 49 grams. No damage of any kind just, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This great 3-piece set (parure, suite) has a modernist design, with leaves swirling into buds. The brooch is also a pendant. It measures 2 1/4" x 1 1/2". It is marked TAXCO HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING 925 Assay Mark 3 and V.A. (for the silversmith). The earrings are screwbacks and measure 1/2" x 1 1/4", marked TAXCO V.A., as well. This 3-piece set is in great condition and has a good heft.

We are offering a signed Margot de Taxco bracelet design # 5240 that is big, bold and with great dimension. The heavy bracelet weighing 92 grams is a cornucopia of wings with a myriad of tiny bead work all around silver cabochons. Being 1.5 inches tall the width takes away from the wearable length so being 8in. long will fit most. The silver is butter soft and it is amazing that this bracelet is without flaws. A lovey early vintage Mexican Silver Brooch designed and signed by Hector Aguilar. It features two Acorns along with an oak leaf set on two curving stems. Measures 3" long by 1 3/4: wide and weighs 13.9 grams. Hallmarked 940, HA, Taxco. In good condition with a pin clasp.

This stunning copper bracelet is well constructed with an unusual (for copper) heft when worn. The design features an alternating series of curled bands linked into hollow curved tubes. A secure fold-over clasp completes the look. The bracelet, which is unsigned, measures about 2 inches wide by nearly 8 inches long. There is some wear to the back of the bracelet; the front shows very little wear, with a nice patination between the curls for a dramatic effect.

Unusual sterling and amber pin by N.E. From, Denmark, c.1950's. Good modernist design with a bezeled round amber stone, this dimensional organic pin is signed "STERLING DENMARK N.E.FROM 925S". Here is a sensational sterling bangle with fretwork and crushed turquoise. Signed JEG Taxco 925 with an eagle 2. An attractive pair of mid-century 14K gold cufflinks, the faces divided diagonally into contrasting triangles. On each face, one triangle is deeply ribbed, while the smooth portion features a gypsy-set diamond. The angularity of the design makes for a very modernistic appeal. The diamonds are graded as J/I2. A fine pair of vintage 18K yellow gold cufflinks in the "stirrup" style popularized by Cartier in the late 1940s. These Margot de Taxco necklaces with a large drop are getting very difficult to find. The drop has a stone 1 in. in diameter and the wearable length is a comfortable 17 in. long. The drop is 2.25 in. long and 2 in. across. No chips or cracks to the stone and no striations that come to the surface. A hefty weight of 74 grams reflect the quality of this treasure. One of Margot Van Voorhies best just, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

These earrings are very well made: an indicator of the fine Hobe work. The overlapping petals have nice stamp work around the bezel-set, turquoise, glass cabochon. The earrings are both clipback and screwback. They are gold plated and marked Hobe. They are in excellent condition.

Two pair of vintage Mexican Sterling Silver screw back earrings by Sigi Pineda in modernist designs. May be purchased together or as two separate pairs.

A vintage modernist sterling silver cuff bracelet by Danish silversmith, Palle Bisgaard in a tiered curved shape. His torque necklace, part of this same line is included in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This is the widest version of this cuff, with an extra tier at the bottom edge.

Measures about 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1" and 3/4" at the widest. There does not appear to be much give so it is better for an average to slender wrist.

Mid-century silver and amethyst ring by Mexican Master silversmith Antonio Pineda. One of his very recognizable designs, perhaps you are fortunate and have the necklace, bracelet or earrings that match this ring. Wonderfully designed hand made necklace by MAYA, Mexico, c.1950's after a Hubert Harmon design. Maya frequently copied Harmon designs. Looks just like silver with a great patina, but probably made of silver plate because there are no Mexican silver marks. The locking mechanism is separated from the main part by black velvet ribbon. Of large scale, the largest irregular square measures 2" wide by 1 3/4" high and the necklace measures 15 1/2" around. The silver connecting rings are soldered closed...

These teardrop-shaped earrings feature purple, grey, violet and black feathers enclosed between pieces of resin or a clear composite.
