Taxco 980 signed pieces are always quality. This link is 118 grams heavy and is the closest thing to the Coco design of the Spratling original necklace which is so very, very rare. The Taxco 980 necklace is 20in. long and has a depth of 7/16th's giving it even more dimension. No dents or damage and kept lovingly through time. Measuring 27" long, this 940 sterling silver & copper necklace was designed c. 1940-50's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). The center disc is 1 1/2" wide graduating to 1/2" at the back. Weight is 124 grams. Beautiful condition & patina.
